Overnight At Haunted Cecil Hotel Pt4

I'm not sure if I ever gave an update about having a second book, but there definitely will be. My plan is to finish this one, then have a break (not posting other than my imagines which I have pre written. During that time I will be writing SP4 and once that is starting to be posted I will then make a start on book 2. Thank you for all of your support. It really means a lot! ❤️

After hearing what we thought was the wind we go to the end of the hall where there's a window. Immediately we all feel another temperature change. Patti and Matt swap so that he now has the K2
"Ok so we're going to call you Bobby. Is that close enough?" Patti asks and the rods cross over "where are you at right now?" the rods turn towards me and Corey "do either of you feel anything behind you?"
"No not really" I shake my head
"Not behind me. But when I came down here it was just super cold"
"I suppose we have to think though that no one is in this hotel so it will be just generally cold" I say
"Yeah but this was like huge temperature change"
"We're next to a window" I reply to Corey
"Have you turned into Elton all of a sudden?"
"No I'm just saying we need to address that there are other possibilities for things. I'm going to trust the dowsing rods more than temperature changes"
"Ok well let's ask some more questions" Patti asks "did you live here Bobby?" the rods cross "did you die here?" the rods turn outwards "no. Ok did you come back here because you like to hang out? no"
"You know what might be crazy, but I dunno, but if your smoking. This would have been the place to smoke" Corbin suggests
"Is this true?" Patti asks and the rods cross over
"Wait look" Coreys eyes widen and point to 2 finger marks
"What the heck?" I breath out
"Bobby did you make those prints? no. Did someone living make those prints? no. Did another spirit you know make those prints" this time the rods cross meaning yes "he's really, like he's got this laugh. He really likes you Thea"
"Errrm thanks I guess" I look at Corey a little worried
"I have like a tightness in my throat. I could channel him possibly"
"Wait what? how is that possible?" Corbin asks
"I just let him take over my body"
"Ok I thought it would be a seance or something"
"Well yeah we will do that to but we will wait until we get into the room"
"Should we channel him?" Corey asks nervously
"We can"
"I'll do the dowsing rods" Corey takes them from Patti while she channels Bobby.
She starts acting differently, like she's shy and the rods point to her. Patti starts giggling hand hiding her face
"Bobby was this your favourite place to hang out?" Corbin asks and Patti nods
"Why are you stuck here?" Corey asks. Pattie wipes her forehead and tries to talk but it comes out incoherent
"I don't think Bobby can speak?" Patti shakes her head. She then starts rocking back and forth. Corbin places his hand behind Patti's head so she doesn't hit it on the wall "oh my god"
"What?" Matt frowns
"We we're on about drugs earlier, but what if it's not drugs. Bobby isn't speaking. He's not looking at us. What if he's nonverbal, maybe he has additional needs"
"Oh maybe" Corey nods
"Are you from California Bobby?" Patti shakes her head. Patti stops moves around as much
"Are you happy?" she shakes her head
"Do you have additional needs Bobby?" Corbin asks. Then he's gone
"Patti?" Corey asks and she breaths out. She looks tired after that
"Do you feel ok?" Matt asks
"Yeah" she replies rubbing her eyes
"Ok erm wow. I was itchy"
"I got the impression that he had additional needs of some kind. The way you well he was rocking back and forth. I dunno. But he's gone now hasn't he?"
"Yeah I think so"

We head to Elsa Lams second room
"It's freezing in this room" Corbin comment what we are all thinking
"Ok erm. There's something that's not a ghosts. It's dark it's not, was never human. It's holding them here" Patti says
"Like a demon?" Corey frowns at Patti. I can see the worry in his face. I take his hand in mine and give it a little squeeze
"A demon or an egregore"
"What's an egregore?" Matt asks
"An egregore is a creative demon and in my experience of doing this, drug, severe drug abuse brings in the worst and the darkest stuff and this is like the flop house and everything. So this
thing that is hereit controls the ghosts and it gets
some of them stuck here and it controls the living people I think. And that makes why people are jumping out a window"
"There has to be a reason why there's so many people" Corbin responds to Patti. Just as Patti lights some incense to get some more spirit activity we all hear a weird noise, but we don't know what it was. Patti rings a bell and the energy completely shifts. The room gets cooler and Corey wants to turn the lights off. I think back to when we first starting hunting the paranormal together and how he used to be so scared. Now it's like he's in his element. I turn the lights off and Matt picks up the dowsing rods and Corbin holds the K2
"Do you want us to get out of this room? If you do you got to do something" just as Corey says this the K2 starts to spike. Corey takes the K2 from Corbin "if you want us out of this room, if you don't want us in here, make this spike just a little bit" Corey walks around, but no spike. Although Patti and I feel like there is something in here with us, nothing wants to communicate with us. So we head to a different room where the window is open. Corey and Corbin close the window 1 because it's cold in here and 2 just incase something negatively affects one of us. The rods that Matt is holding spin to face him and the K2 that Corey is holding spike all the way to red when next to Matt
"Who's here?" Patti asks
"Why does it look like a heartbeat?" Corey asks commenting on the fact the K2 is spiking in a rhythm of sorts
"I've never seen it do that before" I say out loud
"I think this is the place we do a seance" Patti says casually. I then feel a familiar presence
"Bobby's back" Patti gasps and smiles
"Bobby"
"Oh my god it just went all the way to red" Corey says holding the K2 behind Matt "what's going on?"
