After an hour of exploring the building and reading the note pads in each of the rooms, the owner of the house named Kristin arrives
"Hi" Elton shakes her hand "Elton, Corey, Corbin, Brandon, Thea and Evan" Elton introduces us
"Hi everybody"
"This is so weird inviting the owner into her own home" Elton comments
"Oh I'm used to it" she laughs "let's lock us in huh?"
"So we purposely didn't let these guys know anything about the house. I'd love to hear first hand from you the history of this house and well anything you'd like to share"
"Ok well the history of this house is very large. Let's start with the lay line which you guys are standing on" Kristin points to Elton and Corbin while Corey and I move further away "the lay line is just a source of energy that flows and it can be described as a beacon of light for spirits to come through. Like a portal. They come through to communicate with us or just chill with us. Sometimes we have spirits here that we don't know and they just kinda gravitate towards the lay line. So the history of the house is Jacob Heatherington was a prominent home owner here. He came from England when he was 18 and he didn't have much of anything but then he became a tycoon and lived very well. So he had some children and his grandchildren owned this house. He actually built this house lyde who died in this house. After all Edwin became depressed he asked people to come here to communicate with him and we believed that this is the room that he did that in. Behind the house is an Indian burial, and under the house is a coal mine which blew up. So people who lost their loved ones during that, Edwin asked them to come here to communicate with their families"
"That's so sad" I say thinking about how many people have died or been buried here
"There is a secret passage downstairs that goes to the tunnels and there's catacombs underneath"
"Woah that's crazy" Corbin says. Kristen tell us about a servant who had a child here, but there are no records of said child which is super odd. She tells us that so many renters have come and gone because of how heavy this place is. She tells us that there are some good spirits here
"Thea has always had this 6th sense since we were kids. She said that when she walked in here it just feels negative. The last few months she has been developing this further. Is there any advice you have"
"Ok well we tell people don't talk about friends, family, pets because the spirits can flip a scrip on that so just be careful"
Kristin tell us what the black mirrors are and now Elton volunteers me to sit in front of it with candle to ask it questions later on.
Not long later we sit down around the table I'm the dark with candles lit about to do a séance. I sit in between Corey and Brandon. We hold our hands out and Kristin calls for protection while we close our eyes. Kristen calls for Edwin and in my mind I have a vision of a male, maybe in his 40s, approach the table. I choose to stay quiet for now because it could be my mind playing tricks on me because I'm expecting something to happen
"Let's introduce you all" Kristin says. I open my eyes to see everyone else has theirs open
"Hi I'm Corey"
"I'm Thea"
"I'm Brandon"
"My names Corbin"
"I'm Elton" as he says that I hear a little girl whisper that she likes Elton. I start laughing
"You good?" Corey asks
"Yeah just there's a little girl who likes you Elton"
"That's probably Emily. I have a feeling of wanting to go upstairs and play on the piano up there. I feel very drawn to it. That's Emily's piano she likes the pretty colours"
"I've got full body chills right now" Corey says
"If there's someone here with us can you let us know your name"
"George" I say hearing the name in my mind
"So it looks like they're channelling through you Thea"
"You said this wasn't going to happen Elton. I haven't done this before" I'm cut off by hearing footsteps behind me. Brandon and I look at each other
"I heard that too" Evan tells us
"Can you guys hear music?" Kristin asks us
"Yeah it's like a violin playing" I say
"Your going to have a lot of fun with this audio" Evan tells us
"I can hear someone upstairs" Corbin says. I listen and we hear a thump like as if someone stopped their foot"
"I've got this feeling of wanting to play hide and seek"
"That's probably Emily"
"There's something on the table crawling towards Corey" Brandon stares at the table
"It's a spider" Kristin laughs taking a feather and picking up the spider with it and moving it
"I thought you were going to say it was Emily crawling on the table"
"I wasn't sure if I was actually seeing it or not"
Kristin gets out a portal spirit box and immediately we hear 'I am here'
"Edwin can you say your name?"
'Denise' a woman's voice says
'Ask who they are'
"Did that just say..." Brandon begins to ask
"Yeah it did. Just say your names again"
"Well erm I'm Corey"
"Thea"
"I'm Brandon"
"I'm Corbin"
"Elton" I swear I hear an evil laugh and my eyes water. We carry on listening and then hear a growl
"If it happens 2 more times we have to shut it down"
"What does that mean?" Corey asks
"It's mocking the trinity"
"Fuck" I breath out eyes still watering
"We don't want any negative energy here. You need to go away. Who is here with us?" we hear something but it doesn't sound clear so Kristin asks them to repeat themselves which they respond with 'no'
"I'm freezing right now" I shiver
"I have a bad headache" Elton tells us. We listen more and Corey and I hear the growl again while everyone else is talking. I look at Corey nervously
"That's not good" I shake my head
'Your time and sin'
"I don't like the deep voice that's coming through. It doesn't sound to friendly and I have the horrible feeling of just pure evil" I tell the group
"It just said to turn on the light" Corey tells us
"What light?"
"My hands are sweeting, but they're freezing"
"I'm just cold all over. Like someone's got a frozen blanket and draped it over me"
'She's in there. Not good'
'Them'
'Out'
'Save us'
'Hope'
"Who needs to be saved?" Kristin asks but we don't get a response "can you tell us what town we're in?" this time we hear that growl again and Kristin turns off the spirit box "let's close the circle" we say goodbye to whatever is here.
