The dark night didn't bother Chambers.
He was not scared of the ghosts.
"Come out! Come out! Come out!", he yelled.
Before he could move, a figure came forward.
It was a girl.
"Hello, what are you doing outside at this time of night? Where's your parents?", Chambers asked. He waited for an answer.
"The Bridge is clear...Go to it", the girl said.
"Who are you?", Chambers asked.
"I'm Death", the Sheppard Bridge ghost answered.
And, to Chambers's terror, it flew in the air...and screamed. He saw its black colored eyes...and, fearing for his life, fled Sheppard Bridge...and didn't return for the rest of the cold night.
