Shehnaaaaaaaazzzzz!!!!!!! Wake uuuuppppp!!!!!!
I woke up with a jerk and searched for my mobile...
"Mom! It's only 7:00 am" I yelled, kept my mobile back and slept again.
"Shehnaaz!! Wake up or else I will throw a glass of water on you" mom yelled.
I ignored.
After sometime I heard my room's door getting opened and some footsteps coming towards my bed. I thought it must be mom and ignored.
Next thing I know is me sitting on my bed with my face and my pillow full wet, trying to realize what the hell just happened to me.
"Mom! Why would you do this to me?😫" I yelled.
"I warned you already🙄. Now get ready and come downstairs. Help me in making breakfast." Mom said casually and went down.
I lazily got up from my bed and did my morning routine with changing pillow covers. I took my phone and went down.
I saw my dad getting ready for his office and then I went to kitchen to help my mom.
After the breakfast got prepared, I served it on the table.
"Good morning" I said to dad as he arrived on the breakfast table.
"Good morning sana" dad replied.
We started having breakfast and then my dad suddenly asked me "So sana, now that you have completed your MBA, what are your next plans??"
"Dad!!! I have sent my resume to some of my dream Multi national companies, waiting for their replies. " I replied.
After breakfast, dad left and i went to my room and started scrolling my mails. My eyes landed on an email. I opened it and it said.
Dear Shehnaaz Singh,
On behalf of Accounting Partners of America, I am excited to extend an offer to you for an internship position. This position is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The position is for the role of an intern.
This position is scheduled to begin Jan. 1, 2022 and will be a six-month paid internship opportunity ending on July 1, 2022. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m EDT. This position will pay $35 per hour.
If everything goes well; you may have a chance to become our permanent employee.

I read it and reread it a 10th time.

I screamed on top of my voice.
"What the hell happened????? Why are you screaming????? Don't tell me you saw a lizard.. 😒😒" Mom came running upstairs.
I holded her hand and started jumping, dancing and lastly hugged her.
She calmed down seeing me happy dancing and asked "What happened? Why are you so happy??"
I told her everything about the offer I just got from US.
"Congratulations, beta" she said with a slight smile and went down.
I am so excited to tell this to my father. He would be so proud of me. I thought.
But somewhere I am also afraid about his reaction, I still remember how difficult was it to make him ready for me to go iim indore. He would have never agreed if my mother's family didn't live in indore. But I guess he will understand me.
Later in evening....
Doorbell rang and I ran as fast as I could... Opened the door and gave a hug to dad.
"Wow!!! What's so special today?? Why are you so happy?? Did you learn something new to cook?? Even I have a good news for you" He asked surprised.
"Dad, today in morning I told you about me applying to my dream Multi national companies and guess what I have been offered a 6- months internship in US. In US!! Oh god!! I still can't believe myself!! And you know what, if everything goes well I might become their permanent employee. " I told him excitedly as we entered inside the house.
"Look beta, first of all congratulations for your archievement. I am happy for you" he said with much less enthusiasm than I expected.
"But we can't send you to US all alone" he continued.
