At 11:00 pm
I was not able to sleep. I kept on tosing and turning on my bed. Sleep was far away from my eyes. It felt like something good was going to happen. With this thought, a smile appeared on my face.
Tring Tring Tring........
A call on my mobile bought me out of my la la land. I knew only one person would call me around this late. I picked up the call.
"Hi kullu" I said whispering.
"Moti, there is a delivery outside your front door. Pick it up. Also wear something good. The delivery man is quite handsome, you might want to impress him." He giggled.
"Hold on sid! What delivery? And why would I want to impress the delivery guy?" I asked suspiciously.
"Oh god! Moti, will you please just get ready and pick up the package. It's a surprise. " He replied.
"Sid! you mad or what? Which delivery comes at 11:00 in night?" I questioned.
"Moti, will you open the door or should I ask him to ring the door bell?"
"Sid! You are fucking crazy. I am opening the door." I whisper yelled at him.
"Don't forget to dress up." Saying this he cuts the call.
Why should I dress up for a delivery guy? Does these delivery companies has any new policies? Something like the parcel shall be delivered to proper dressed up customers only. I laughed at my own thought.
Or maybe he just wants me to change my night suit? Maybe he is being all possessive of me. I giggled. But this reason seems more valid to me. I just changed my night suit into the first thing that came in my hands.
I sneaked out of my room. Slowly went downstairs, Looking around if someone is awake. I went to the main door. I held the door handle and at the speed of 0.25x, I opened the door.
I looked outside only to see no one standing. I swear sid is dead, if this is some sort of prank. I went outside a little and saw his car parked. Fuck! He is here himself. This guy will be the reason my parents will throw me out of my house. Well! Technically that is what will be happening with me in next few months.
