Some decisions are made by love, Some are made by God~
People say That our destiny is written, Our decisions are made by God over whom we have no control.
Or by love on which we have full control over but still, in reality have no control over. No, Really do we really have control over our feelings? Do we decide whom we are gonna fall for?
My answer is the same as yours.
I don't know.
I am a firm believer of God, I believe that someone is out there who planned everything for us and we are just mere puppets who follow his orders without realising that we, in fact, are doing just what he wants us too.
Getting selected to work in a mental asylum as a psychotherapist was his decision, or so I like to believe. I was excited for my first day.
Rightfully so, why wouldn't I? It was my dream. Becoming a clinical psychotherapist was my goal. I knew this is what I wanted to do from a long time and now I was going to live my dream.
I remember I was so excited that I couldn't sleep that day. My roommate and best friend, Jimin. God he hates me so much for keeping him up all night so I could rant to him about my excitement.
Waking up early, getting ready like I'm going on some stupid date.
"You aren't gonna find your Mr. Romeo that you are putting so much effort" Jimin had commented when he saw me getting ready. He strongly opposed me working on such a place but didn't show it after all. Someone had to make the hard decision.
At that time I just laughed at his words but only if I knew what the future held for me. I would have said yes. I was gonna find my Mr. Romeo there. Just not the way I hoped for.
When I entered the asylum, the place itself gives me chills. Every corner of it is unwelcoming and cold and honestly, isn't that how a place like this is supposed to be. It's a place For people who aren't welcomed in society so how do you expect the place they live in to be welcoming.
