I've been slowly with Daniel for a week now. We are a couple and Lando is all around us all the time. And I can't fully describe the feeling. I think Lando is jealous.

Maybe he once loved me and I loved him.

I was sitting alone in the cafe surrounded by palm trees. I drank my coffee and thought

-Kate, Kate, come quickly! , Lando said.

He was wearing just one pair of underpants. And I'm wearing my mermaid swimsuit. We were on the beach in Croatia.

-What is Lando?

-I found a cancer, look!

The cancer was like this and it was moving. Lando had a spade in his hand.

-Could be  our child  this cancer, I said proudly

-Yes. You will be the best mom in the world

-And you are the best dad in the world!

With that momentum, I "kissed" Lando.

-That should be our secret, okay?

-Of course! , Come on, let's go build a home for cancer

Maybe I was really in love with Lando. Maybe. And I may have been deeply moved in December

Lando just shook me out of my thoughts.
I saw him arrive at the cafe and see me

I motioned for him to feel free to join me.
He sat here next to me and asked for a coffee from the waiter

We just looked at each other for a while, we didn’t even talk last week...

-Hi,-- I spoke after a while

-Hi Kate.

-What about you Lando? Why did you get me?

-No, I didn't avoid you. You got me.

I smiled. First of all, we should be clear anyway that Lando and I are no longer fighting and during the 1 week we spent "together" we tried to behave normally.

It was good to see Lando smile and be good with him again. Even if I’m not his girlfriend, I’m still dating an incredibly nice and funny F1 driver.

-So, there is nothing interesting. I'm already bored in Bahrain. I’ve been playing golf with Carlos and my daily workouts are completely exhausting. Has Daniel introduced you to the other pilots anyway?

-No not yet . But I would meet them that way.

-There will be a party at the Paddock Club today. If you feel like it, come and I'll introduce them .

-Okay, Danny doesn't get anything done today because he still has a lot to do. So I'm going to the party.

Lando smiled and drank his coffee.

-Anyway, do you know what I was thinking? , --I asked him while a sanda smile sat on my face.-- Do you still remember our handshake?

-Kate Morton! What the hell happened to you?
Of course I remember.

We both laughed and shook hands.

Of course, we didn’t notice someone watching us and taking pictures of us...

Hi, I'm going to a party with Lando today. He'll be in the Paddock.

Daniel:
Hi Kate, of course go ahead. But be careful

Kate:
Thanks Danny. Hurry back!

Daniel:
I'm trying, honey

My relationship with Daniel was pretty interesting. Maybe I could say I put less into my relationship than Danny.
But one thing is for sure! I couldn't wait for the evening

I didn't even have dinner, my plan was to look as beautiful as possible. Daniel and I didn’t announce our relationship, only one thing was certain. Just Lando knows this

I put on a dark blue long dress and ironed my hair. I got a PRADA bag from my dad for my 18th birthday, so I took this with me. Before 6pm, Lando was already knocking on my door.
One last look in the mirror and I was ready to go

-Wow Kate, what a style, --Lando said

You look good too,-- I said and we went to the garage, to go to the party by car

I saw the wonderful lights when we got there and it was so beautiful. I smiled. We got out of the car. The security guard came to us

-Hello, Mr. Norris, please come here. Is the lady with you?

-Yes, thank you, but we can go now.

The gentleman nodded and let us in.

-It's good to be famous, --I told him, and he just smiled.

I didn’t know anyone, but I noticed a few guys approaching us. Lando put his hand on my back and accompanied me to them.

-Norris! I finally thought you weren't coming,-- a guy said. He had a British accent, too. He was George Russel

-Dude, who's this beautiful chick next to you? Have you ever met someone?-- another boy asked. She had black hair and a small beard on her face. I knew he was Carlos since I saw a lot next to Lando last year

-Lando, but it's good to see you here. Do you have a companion? I didn't even know how to bring an escort. Hi, I'm Charles Leclerc! --said the lovely boy. I already knew him as he was a very talented boy in Formula 1.

-If I could finally say something, you guys would be good, --Lando said.
So this is Kate Morton, my childhood friend. She will spend the whole year with me because she got this for her birthday from my dad.

-How romantic ... How long have you been together? --George asked

-We're not together, --I said with Lando at once

-All right, kids. We'll believe it,-- the guys said, and then everyone  mingled in the crowd.

I didn’t want to tell the guys I was Daniel’s girlfriend. Danny told me he still wanted to talk to his manager before it went public

So only I was left and Lando  again.

I could see in him that he was embarrassed and quite unaware of what to do.

-Lando, calm down. Feel free to go to your friends. I'll be without you, --I told him and I  pushed him forward a little

-Hoohh, Kate. I do whatever I want . Remember this and please behave, ---this is how he set off for the other Formula 1 drivers. I was just looking at his receding figure and I didn’t even know what to do on my own now.

I'll be without him. I'm normal ? My goodness. What did I mix myself up with? Daniel Ricciardo kissed me a week ago and now my childhood friend brought me to a party. Whose side am I on? What I want ? Who do I love at all?
