After they left Renesmee went to Carlisle and requested that he allow her to rewrite her birth certificate. Carlisle did and for the name she put Cynthia Violet Brandon-Whitlock, and for the parents names she put Mary Alice Brandon and Jasper Whitlock.
All suspicions were confirmed. Due to Bella's and Edward's negligence and not accepting Renesmee as their daughter without Eira and Seren. Renesmee was forced to find new parents. Alice and Jasper were the ones who stepped up.
