Mia's POV
Amelia is barely starting her second trimester let's just say she is a lot more clingy she is either mad or hungry she has grown like crazy I'm still in disbelief that it's twin girls. i was standing by the nurses station with arizona then we see amelia walk over to us. this time we know to be nice to her or she might kill us or insult us about something
"shit she is coming be nice" i whispered to the blondie "you look very beautiful today melia" arizona said "did she tell you to be nice to me" melia asked arizona just got quiet then amelia made eye contact with me and slapped my arm."gosh what" i rubbing the part she hit me "stop telling people i'm mean" imelia told me "everything i do now is my fault apparently" i said then she looked offended "that is not true" she said crossing her arms at me
"last night omg the twins grew so much and you went full amelia mad on me" i told her irizona was just in the middle listening "that's because i wanted to do something earlier but you said no" Amelia said
then i looked at Arizona "that's not what it sounds like by the way" i told Arizona "no! it's exactly what it sounds like" Amelia said then i covered her mouth for her not to say more "zona i'll catch you at lunch" i said walking away from her with Amelia by my side
i just walked into a random room and pulled her in there with me "why're we in here" she said "you need to filter before you say something that doesn't need to be said" i told her then she started complaining about things i did the only thing i know what to do.
i kissed her. it was like a deep kiss she kissed me back i could tell she need some reassurance she has been grumpy lately with everything going on, and sometimes she just wants to be left alone.
"i love you" i told her pulling away from her lips "i'm sorry, i have been a butt lately to you all you do is help and i complain" she told me "love it's ok your carrying our girls so you have the right to go off on me or whatever" i told her but she shook her head no with tears falling. the one thing i try to avoid the most crying when she cries i feel so bad "hey look at me" i told her lifting her chin up to look at me i saw tears falling i wiped them away "don't ever feel bad because of something you're doing you're carrying our kids so go off on me hit me do what you please but don't ever feel bad" i told her giving her some reassurance with a kiss
In the middle of our kissing party our pagers go off "why can't people just leave us alone" she said "let's go see who is here" I told her getting up and holding her hand in the way out
Amelia's POV
both me and Mia's pagers went off we walk down to the lobby which is weird because we have nobody to see today as we're walking to the lobby i felt my hand go bare she ran away from me. "link! you're here i need you to stay please" i heard Mia say giving link a hug also "she's that bad" he asked and she nods "how's Boston" i asked him
"it's good, how's the baby" he asked them both me and mia looked at each other "actually we have some news" i said "it's twin girls" Mia said "oh god!" link said "is that a bad thing" i asked him because the way he said it "the girls are going to be just like you smart bossy and gorgeous" he told us "i was trying to tell her that but she wasn't listening" Mia told him but I rolled my eyes at her "link this what you left me with" Mia told him and he was now laughing now I was mad so I left them to go somewhere else.
Mia's POV
We saw Amelia walk off "take care of her" link told me "always and forever" I told him "wait why're you back" I asked him "I need to get some more of my files then I leave again" he told me "be safe" I told him walking off "take care of the girls" he told me walking off now I have to go and find Amelia
i looked everywhere but she's not in the neuro wing at all then i walk to Arizona's office 9 times out of ten she is there "zona do you know where ameli" before i could finish i saw her "nevermind?" i asked walking over to Amelia she was sitting on Arizona's couch "what did you do to her" Arizona asks me "nothing"
I said "she is a liar" Amelia said grumpy
I have decided to just leave Amelia alone for now she seems to be in a mood today and once you get her mad there is no going back. "why haven't i seen you all morning" I asked Arizona "after we saw each other the one time I got pulled into surgery I just got out" she told me "oh I have been with miss butthole over there this whole time" i said which made her laugh at little
"guys my stomach is moving" we heard Amelia say "what do you mean" I asked her "well come see for yourself" Amelia told me I walked her to her and put my hands on her stomach and felt the movement with both the girls "zona what does this mean" I asked Arizona "if I'm right then little girls in there are kicking" she told us then I put my hands back on melia's stomach this time I felt a little kick
"is that a good thing" Amelia asked looking at Arizona "it's a good thing my love that means they are healthy and good and active" I told
her then Arizona's pager went off
"I'll see you guys later than" Arizona said then she left "I love you so much"Amelia said pulling me in for a kiss which caught me by surprise "I love you more" I said repaying her with a kiss then I kissed her stomach
"and I love my girls" I said and she gave me a smile "I'm sorry I was being a butt earlier" she told me "you're fine my love" I told her with a kiss on the forehead "I love you" she said with a kiss "always and forever" I finished with a kiss
