Amelia's POV
we walked out of the closet into our bedroom
"hey Mia" I said looking down at the most beautiful ring she got me on the day of our kids birth "yes my love" she said she is so sweet to me "when are we going to tell people about our engagement" I asked her
"whenever you're ready love the only person who know is Arizona and Maggie and mer and it was link" she said then that kinda just changed the mood if I'm being honest I miss him but I think holding in everything and keeping it away from people is good
I think she may have noticed I had gotten sad when she said that because she brought me over to the end of the bed to sit with her she pulled me onto her lap and wrapped her arms around my waist I felt comfort with her
"you need to cry you're holding everything in making it seem like you're fine but you're not" she told me "no I'm fine" I told her lying "stop lying please" she told me then the water works come they wouldn't stop either
"I'm afraid if I cry I won't stop like what is happening now everyday my mind just goes back to him and you know why it's because he is in them. Yeah they may look like me but I can tell they have a heart like him which sucks because they won't ever know that" I told her just crying just letting it out
"it's ok just cry I got you" I heard her say in my ear another thing I love about Mia is that when I'm hurt or someone she loves is hurt no matter what is happening at that moment she puts it all aside for that one person.
after a few minutes of me just crying to her I get the urge to go and find my babies "come on I want the girls now" I told her "hold up" she said pulling my hand back "you do know when you need me just tell me right don't bottle it all up I want you to know I'm here for you" she told me she is truly the best
"I love you" I said leaning my forehead against hers "always and forever" she said
kissing me "now can we go see that girls" I asked her "yes we can" she said then we walked out the room to go and find our daughters
we walk into the living room to my surprise find both of the girls asleep in their bassinet and jo and Arizona watching a movie "well hello" I said walking over to Arizona and just giving her a big hug "meila you're a milf gosh" Arizona said which jo and Mia didn't like i found it funny though
"how were the girls" Mia asked them as she was watching as they sleep "good and I think riles loves me" Arizona said "I bet she does" Mia told her laughing "did they just fall asleep" I asked them "well no but yes they kinda were fighting to sleep" jo told us "that sounds like them" I said looking down at them
"well it seems that we are free for about an hour so what should be do" Mia asked them "we were hoping to just spend time with you guys since we haven't seen you guys since they were born" Arizona told us
"well what should we do" I asked them "we watch a movie together" Mia said "don't let her pick though she is going to pick the same avenger movie" I said "because they have good movies" she said "i agree with her" jo said then Mia ran over to her giving her a hug
"see this is why I love you" Mia said "you love who" I interrupted her "you my love" Mia said but I saw her turn and whisper something to jo and jo gave her a smile back. "it's fine I have zona she loves me" I said then they both looked at me "not funny" both of them said now I was giggling
Mia's POV
"so you're telling me you never thought about it just a little" arizona said we finished watching the movie then we ate pizza then amelia then decided we should play never have i ever which brought us to the question right now. "no have you done it" jo asked her girlfriend but zona was to stunned to speak "you know what don't answer that..never have i ever had sex with my bestie" jo asked the question this time this was about to start problems
all of them raised their hand except for me which I'm kinda surprised myself "really mia?!?!" jo asked me "nope" i said really fast then melia got a little suspicious "why you say no so fast" amelia now started to ask questions
"yeah why" arizona said she knows exactly why i did she knows something amelia doesn't. i just have her a look "have you slept with any of your friends" amelia asked me this time looks directly into my eyes "um no" i told her i may have lied to amelia about sleeping with arizona it was a drunken mistake so it didn't even matter Amelia kept looking at me then back at Arizona if one things for sure Amelia will get the truth out of somehow
"you slept with zona" Amelia said I tried to play it off "what? no" i said arizona on the other hand she was caught "so it's true" jo asked me this time "fine! yes, i did" i told them i took a deep breath because i finally got that off my chest i needed to say it "zona? you slept with her" amelia asked arizona "to be fair it was a long time ago and we were both drunk" arizona said "yeah it's fine it didn't matter" amelia said in the most calmest way possible jo on the other hand was silent
"ok maybe we should" i was trying to get an sentence of but arizona interrupted me "leave? yeah. we should come on jo. i'll talk to you later when miss grumpy pants is not mad" arizona said then her and jo rushed out our house
"melia are you okay?" i asked her but i got no response from her safe to say we're playing the quiet game tonight. this is why you don't play never have i ever with both your best friend and your fiancé. i clean off the table then the girls start crying just on time. Great!
Amelia's POV
i was giving mia the silent treatment because she lied to me for months about the same little question i just wanted to know come to find out it's true making me wonder if all those jokes they tell me are actually true.
i hear the girls cry, i walk over to the couch and grab riles first then seconds later mia comes and gets lexie "ames are we going to be playing this game all night" she asked me as she was standing up and rocking slightly
i look up at her for a second and look back down she hates that "so now mommy is playing the looking game" she said using mommy as my name "that's because mama likes to keep secrets from mommy" i said looking down at riles "mama didn't keep anything from mommy" she told me then she turned around heading straight for the hallway leaving me
"see sometimes mommy doesn't like mama" i said in my baby voice getting up to follow her which she turned into the twins room
then when i made it down the hallway she turned right out of the twins room now she was heading to our room i'm assuming they will be sleeping with us that is how she avoids me she brings the girls in the room so we won't argue this is going to be a fun night.
