Chapter 30

Pranit's Pov:

It's been a month since our love confession and life has been far better than before.Never, ever in my dreams I thought that someone will be more important to me than myself.But Sonakshi's prescence in my life has taught me every aspect of it.

Everything is sorted now, that gives a deep relief.We started behaving like a normal married couple, I guess.Like eating our meals together,spending our weekends together and what not.

I don't remember the last time I was this happy. Probably never before.

A smile formed on my face while remembering her.She is such a beauty and the most selfless person I have ever meet.I consider myself lucky enough to have her as my wife.

Today, we have planned a date in our house itself.Yeah... I know we should have went out somewhere.But Sona insisted to have a homely date, she loves to be at our home.

My thought process came to an halt as the car stops.I exited the car while muttering a small "thank you" to the driver.Making my way towards the elevator, I pushed the button to my apartment floor.

Reaching the apartment, I opened the door only to get welcomed by darkness.
My browns furrowed in confusion "Isn't the date today... Did she forgot about it"

Before I can think again,the lights went on in a dim mode and the scene in front of me was delightful.

The room was decorated nicely, with candles lit up all around.Then a dining table was placed in middle of the room,with delicious food served on it... Hah I can smell it.Overall, it was a small , sweet and simple decore but an delight to my eyes.

Someone cleared the throat and I turned around to look at the source.My breath hitched and shiver passed through my whole body.There stood Sonakshi wearing a light red colour net saree and looking beautiful as always.Her knee length hairs were open and her face was deprived of any makeup, but the natural glow on her face can't be compared to anything else. She looked ravishing which was making my thoughts go wild.

"Did... You like it?" She asked me.

"I love it " I said while looking at her.

She rolls her eyes and says "I am talking about the decoration"

"I was also talking about the decoration.... What did you thought?" I said while teasing her.

Her eyes went wide then she glared at me.Turning her face to the other side she tried to ignore me.

She is angry now.... My angry bird.

I moved towards her and stood close to her.She took a step back to maintain some distance between us which I didn't like at all.

Do something Pranit..... I said to myself and started thinking of ways to convince her.

Ok I think I need to use some romantic skills that Anshu has taught me.

Yes.... You heard right.Anshu is helping me learn all this lovey dovey stuff. So he is my teacher now and guess what he is quite good at it.Whereas me being a twenty-nine years man is of no use for sure.

Ok.... Now concentrate on the mission. I reminded myself.

I cleared my throat and sensually said "I hope you know CPR, because you just took my breath away"

Her head snapped in my direction with the speed of life.

Hah... It's working...

But she started laughing like there is no tomorrow.As much as I love her laughs but not at this moment.I was confused all at sudden, I did said it correct just what Anshu has taught me.
