"You know we all have a nickname but what should we call you y/n?" Averman asked who was now turning around in his seat.

"Yeah!" Terry agreed who I was sitting next too.

"What about genius!" I suggested giggling slightly, no one found it funny so I lightly laughed it off awkwardly.

" I have no idea gotta be something do with figure skating" Jesse said.

"Yeah like ice princeess" Charlie offered.

"Nah"Peter said.

"Icey?" Connie questioned.

"I don't think so" Karp stated. More names were thrown here and there until Adam spoke up.

"Wait! I've got one" Adam said who was sitting beside Fulton.

"Wait what are you guys talking about?" Coach butted in.

" A nickname for y/n" guy explained.

"Oh easy Genius" he smiled.

"Exactly" I yelled which made everybody groan.

"Adam what was your suggestion?" Fulton asked.

"Oh umm... I don't know Wonder girl? It sounds really cringey but like it's true, she knew nothing about hockey and now like a month later she's a bloody pro." Adam proclaimed making me smile.

"You know that's actually pretty good." Connie stated.

"I agree besides you can shorten her nickname too Wonder." Peter replied making everyone agree.

"Yeah. if only you were wonder woman" Goldberg said from behind my seat. I got up and smacked him on the head.

"What... hey! Ow!" He shouted.

"Wonder girl it is good actually no one's got any better ideas." Coach asked." Wonder it is, welcome to the team Wonder girl!"

I smiled back and everybody continued their conversation.

"Hey coach what are we even doing here so early?" I question as we walk inside the stadium.

"Well I thought because we got this far in the competition I think you guys could use a reward. We're gonna be having some free time on the ice. Coach answered.

"I'm glad we brought our hockey gear." Jesse says beside me. " I don't know what I'd do."

"I could teach you some figure skating" I offered.

"No way that stuffs to girly for me" he chuckled.

"Suit yourself" I giggled.

We walked through the doors and saw the North stars training. Everybody gasped as coach led us down to the entrance of the ice.

"It's Mike Modano!" Goldberg exclaimed as we all watched in amazement at the player.

"This is so cool" I said. The North stars all finished and started skating off the ice.

"Hey Gordo!" Number 17 says. "Gordon Bombay, right?"

"You remember me?" Coach asks.

"Sure from Pew wees." the player stated. "This guys used to rule in Pee wees"

" Oh yeah, I heard you were a farmer."the dude on his left spoke.

"Actually, I became a lawyer" coach admitted. "But I'm coaching Pee Wee now and this is my team, the Ducks. Ducks, this is Basil McRae and Mike Modano.
