Recap: I placed my knives on a clip by my bra before walking out the room.

I walked down stairs seeing everyone sitting in the living room.

"I'm leaving" I called out

"We're leaving tonight but can I properly hug my granddaughter" she said with hope in her eyes.

I anticipate it in my head before walking over to her giving her a hug. She smiles big before hugging me back kissing my cheek.

Grandpa came and hug me, kissing my forehead.

My aunties and uncle hug me—some kiss my forehead or gave me hug.

So many kisses...I rather go back to how things were

"Isn't I'm missing somebody"

"I right here" he said before running towards me, holding his arms up

I picked him up and gave him a big hug before I felt a big sloppy kiss on my forehead.

I scrunched my face up

"Ew bro—why it so wet" I said whipping my face off as he giggle.

I kiss his head before saying, "I'm gonna miss you"

"I'm gonna mwss yuo too Ivy" he said

I put him down before telling every one, "I'm leaving, don't wanna keep my friend waiting"

I pulled up at the cafe, getting out the car.

The place wasn't really busy inside once I stepped foot in there.

I went to the counter.

"Hi, what can I get you for today"

"Let me get a banana muffin and also a latte" I said taking out some money

"Alright. That will be 8.57" she said with a smile as I handed her a solid ten before telling her to keep the change.

"Thank you" she said before handling me my items.

I sat down in a booth at the back, away from the people and staring eyes.

I unfold the wrapper from my muffin before taking a small bite from it before settling it back down.
