Khushi was frantic! She was back in AMORE the next day after the long and tiring night of watching over Ahaana. She was going on 1.5 hours of sleep, her day was filled with appointments, she was behind in her sketches and alterations, and to top it all off...Akansha was sick and Khushi had to stay in the front of the boutique helping customers.

Her feet were aching, her head was aching, and she was just having a miserable day. Khushi gave the customer a brilliant smile, "I hope your sister likes the dress. It's one of my favorite pieces." Khushi said politely, her fatigue not getting in the way of her professionalism. Khushi waved at the customer and turned to another lady that was waiting.

"Ma'am thank you so much for waiting." Khushi spoke to the lady in her mid-40s. This was the producer's wife, Mrs. Chopda, who needed a party dress. Mrs. Chopda was kind enough to wait while Khushi helped a customer select an outfit as a gift.

"Oh not a problem dear. I can see you are swamped! You poor thing." Mrs. Chopda said, her smile kind.

Khushi smiled back. "Right this way." Khushi said and guided Mrs. Chopda to her office when the front door dinged indicating another customer. Khushi sighed as she saw a group of ladies walk in. She guided Mrs. Chopda to the couch in her office and told her to have a seat.

"I am so sorry ma'am, but can you wait just a few more minutes while I take care of this?" Khushi asked apologetically. Khushi then handed Mrs. Chopda a booklet of a few dresses she put together. "Why don't you take a look at these designs...see what styles you like...and in the mean time I will take care of these customers." Khushi said.

"No worries. You go ahead!" Mrs. Chopda said sitting down on the couch as Khushi rushed out to the front of the boutique again.

Khushi helped one of the customers select a scarf. Another customer needed help selecting a summer dress for a garden party, and the third customer bought a cocktail dress. As Khushi rang up the customers she heard the front door ding again and had to refrain from cursing out loud.

She turned to see Arnav walk in with Ahaana peacefully sleeping in her carry on. Khushi's eyes widened and she looked at the clock.

"It's already 11am!?" Khushi exclaimed. Arnav was here dropping Ahaana off so he can go for his shoot.

Arnav placed Ahaana on the table behind the cashier desk. "Yea...Is everything ok?" Arnav asked. Khushi combed her fingers through her hair in a frustrated gesture. She was so behind and she had no idea how she was going to juggle her appointments and watch over Ahaana.

Arnav got a good look at Khushi's face and could instantly tell that she was tired. She was careful to cover her dark circles with makeup, but Arnav clearly saw that Khushi's eyes were tired.

Khushi took a deep breath, taking a moment to calm herself, and then turned to Ahaana, greeting her. She can do this. She will do this.

"Everything is fine Arnav." Khushi said casually. As Khushi picked up Ahaana and was about to walk back to her office, the front door dinged again indicating that her 11:00am appointment was also here. And another group of customers walked in behind her.

Seeing the miserable look on Khushi's face, Arnav made a split-second decision and took Ahaana from Khushi.

"Go to the back and take care of your appointments. I'll help out here." Arnav said, placing Ahaana next to him.

Khushi's jaw dropped a little. "Don't be silly, you have no idea where anything is." She protested.

"I'll figure it out. Now go." Arnav said sternly. He then turned to the group of ladies that walked in and gave a brilliant smile. The ladies squealed, realizing that Arnav Singh Raizada was standing in front of them.
