Soo-jin and Kiana charged at the puppets with their weapons. Soo-jin does an upward slash and a time rift appears behind the puppets. This time, Soo-jin swings the greatsword at the puppets, sending them to the time rift.
"They must've played their trump card!" Tesla said
"Soo-jin!" Kiana called
Kiana kicked a bunch of puppets and a portal appears that sucks them together. Soo-jin creates a time rift underneath the puppets, causing all of them to fall.
"Sorry to break it to you, bt we're not done yet." Kiana said
"I can tell that. That's why I'm using another one." Soo-jin said
Soo-jin creates another greatsword from blades and wields it with the Fourth Divine Key.
"Looks heavy." Kiana said
"It is, but I'll manage." Soo-jin said
Soo-jin swings the two greatswords at the puppets flawlessly as Kiana continued shooting them with her pistols and hitting them with her lance.
"Hyperion, fire!" Tesla shot a projectile towards the waves of puppets attacking Soo-jin and Kiana as the main puppet laughs
"There's no end to these. It feels like I've destroyed 500 already." Soo-jin said, hitting another one with the Fourth Divine Key
"We're probably getting close to 500 with the help of Hyperion." Kiana said, stabbing rows with her lance
"Yeah, 'probably.'" Soo-jin said, throwing his greatsword and the group of puppets, slicing most of them before splitting into smaller pieces and stabbing through all of them
"Damn it... The Herrscher of Extremity is supposed to be the weakest of all Herrschers why is this guy using it like it isn't the weakest?!"
To cover the puppet's fear of the Herrscher of Extremity, she laughs.
"That's some disgusting laughter." Kiana said
After a while, Soo-jin and Kiana finally finish off the last of the remaining puppets.
"Phew... that's all of it." Kiana panted
Soo-jin's greatsword comes back to him and it dissolves in air as the Fourth Divine Key returns to it's one-handed sword form. But even if all 500 of the puppets disappear, it didn't seem like it bothered the main puppet as she was seen laughing.
"Still laughing? Haven't you seen you're the only one left?" Kiana asked
"Haha, yeah... Yeah... I'm all alone again. Just like back in Arc City!"
"Arc City?" Kiana seemed a bit taken back
"Kiana, what's it all for? You tore us apart like we were monsters without a heart. Think about it, Kiana. Is it true? We had our conviction, our vision, and partners... For the sake of dying humanity, you slaughtered us without remorse! Is it really worth it?"
"How about you, Soo-jin? You've been doing countless experiments on human for World Serpent's plan. Is it really worth it?"
"'Human experiments'?" Kiana looked at Soo-jin
"We'll talk about it later after this." Soo-jin said
"That's right! I've seen him attend an auction for human bodies he'll use for experiments!"
"Those were for Jackal and Gray Serpent told me to. I don't do human experiments that require buying humans..." Soo-jin sweatdropped
"Are you done?" Kiana asked
"Think about it, Kiana. Think about it, Soo-jin. Think about what you two did."
Suddenly, a loud bang was heard, startling Soo-jin. Kiana had just shot the puppet with her pistol and she glares at Soo-jin.
"It's over." Kiana said
"We... We did it! Energy signatures from all 500 puppets disappeared! Good job, girls!" Tesla said
"Kiana, are you alright?" Theresa asked
"I'm alright. Just... a bit tired and I need some answers from Soo-jin." Kiana said
"The space is collapsing. The theater too might vanish with it. Return to the Hyperion immediately." Einstein said
"Come, Kiana. Let Bronya help you. Let Bronya help Soo-jin too if he's coming." Bronya said
"I'm not coming back. Yet, to make it sound a bit better." Soo-jin said
"... What human experiments?" Kiana asked
"I know you aren't the type of person to do this, Soo-jin. You must be doing something different from World Serpent's goal." Kiana said
"... Kiana, it's the same thing I'm planning." Soo-jin said
"Soo-jin... I'm not letting you do those kind of things. Neither am I going to let Mei if I see her again." Kiana said
"Kiana, don't worry about Mei. She isn't doing the same things I'm doing." Soo-jin said
"I knew you'd somehow find out about this, but I never expected it to happen so suddenly. Sorry, Kiana. I've set my eyes on this goal already." Soo-jin said
"I could say this is for the greater good, but you would say it isn't." Soo-jin said
"Yeah... No one in their right mind is willing to sacrifice that much for a small fraction... Why do I even think that that depressed popsicle's plan is the most effective way. There should be another way, but I still haven't found it..." Soo-jin thought
"Until we meet again, Kiana." Soo-jin said
Soo-jin started walking away, Kiana was going to stop him, but something felt like Kiana was told to return to the Hyperion.
Bronya got off of the Hyperion to help and stood behind Kiana as they watch Soo-jin walk inside.
"Let's go, Kiana..." Bronya said
"Right..." Kiana said
