"Steaks will be ready in five minutes" Phil said

"You're destroying those things" Jay said

"Ay, Jay, leave him alone" Gloria spoke

"No, I'm sorry, but that cow has suffered long enough" Jay answered and after that Luke and Manny went to walk out with the ball

" Hang on. Dinner's ready in five minutes" Claire told them

"Coach wants us to practice layups" Luke said

"They are deceptively hard a curious mix of dance and strength" Manny explained

"You're making it lame again" Luke told him

"Sorry" Manny apologized

"Ay, Dios mío, that coach" 

"Oh, I hate that guy" Gloria and Claire said

"He seems to have the kids motivated" Jay spoke

"He's mean, he says really mean things" Sophie said

"Honey, I'm sure he doesn't mean it" 

"No, Grace's right,he taunts the kids, he's abusive" Claire said

"Sorry we're late. I was at work" Cam said

"Oh, he loves to say that. And happy barbecue" Mitchell said handing Claire a greeting card

"Oh"

Everyone sat down by the table

"Mitchell, I got this golf buddy of mine. Great guy. Super successful. You two should talk. It could mean a job for you" 

"Oh, thanks, Dad, but I'm-I'm not really looking for anything right now.But-"

"Yeah, that's right. With me bringing home the bacon, Mitchell doesn't have to rush into anything" Cam said

"Yeah, I know you have all that greeting card "screw you" money, but, uh, talk to the guy? He's expecting your call in the morning"

"Dad, I appreciate it, but in the future- I can't stand this. I am sorry, but I-"

"No.Those steaks have been done for five minutes. I'm taking them off the grill" Jay said getting up from the table

"I'm sorry. I know how it feels to have him stick his nose where it doesn't belong" Mitchell told Phil

"No biggie. It's just Jay being Jay. But one day I'm gonna be a grandfather, and then everybody better hide their meat" Phil said

The day after, at the School Gym

"Gracious! Turtles run faster! Come on! Could you run any slower? I dare you to run slower!" The coach yelled to the kids

"You see? He's just trying to light a fire" Jay said

"Oh, I'll light him on fire!" Gloria said

"Why do I always have to come to these things?" Sophie asked

"Because you love your brother" Claire said

"Why don't you make him come to my orchestra concerts?" Alex asked

"Because they love Luke" Sophie said

"That's right" Phil said

Manny went to throw the ball in the basket and it went farther

"Delgado, you're killing me, man!" The coach yelled
