A couple of days later

I wake up in the morning and it's going to be a little more cold today. I put on a black v-neck to show a little bit of cleavage and a pair of black jeans with a pair of tan Sperry Topsider boat shoes. I grab my Michael Kors tote and walk out and see Christina's car pull up, Marlene and Shauna are in the back. I get in the passenger seat and Chandelier by Sia is playing on the radio. I start singing along to it and once I start singing into my own world.

Party girls don't get hurt
Can't feel anything, when will I learn
I push it down, push it down

I'm the one "for a good time call"
Phone's blowin' up, they're ringin' my doorbell
I feel the love, feel the love

1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 drink

Throw 'em back, till I lose count

I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier
I'm gonna live like tomorrow doesn't exist
Like it doesn't exist
I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry
I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier

But I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Help me, I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight

Sun is up, I'm a mess
Gotta get out now, gotta run from this
Here comes the shame, here comes the shame

1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 drink

Throw 'em back till I lose count

I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier
I'm gonna live like tomorrow doesn't exist
Like it doesn't exist
I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry
I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier

But I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down, won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Help me, I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down, won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight

On for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Oh, I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight
On for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Oh, I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight
On for tonight

"Wow Tris! You're really good at singing!" Marlene says. Shauna and Christina agree.
"You'd be really good in the talent show." Christina says to me.
"There's a talent show?" I ask.
"Every year in the beginning of October." Shauna says.

I think about it, maybe I should enter the talent show. I do love to sing, and plus I'm not that shy in public. We pull up to school and I go to Tori and I see Four talking to her.

"Sorry again, Tori."

"It's fine, I was actually telling him that he had to leave soon. Come sit in the chair."

I see a chair that looks like a recliner and I set my tote down and lay in the chair.

"What type of birds are these?" She asks, her voice monotone.

"Huh?"

She exhales and and repeats herself.

"Oh, they're Ravens. They represent each person in my family." I explain.
