Currently the team were hiding out in an abandoned warehouse and using it as their base. After Cave and the Hall of Justice were destroyed, they weren't left with a lot of options. Nightwing was giving Alpha Squad their mission to investigate a food center made by the Reach and Lex Luthor.
Nightwing : Obviously, any partnership between the Reach and Lex Luthor is bad news. So Alpha Squad is going undercover to recon Lexcorp farms. Robin, you'll be running Alpha.
Robin : Me? Run Alpha? Uh, right. Who's on the Squad?
Nightwing : Blue Beet--
Blue Beetle : Whoa, whoa, I should not be in the field, ese. What if the Scarab goes all Reach apocalypse on us?
Nightwing : Your Scarab has had multiple opportunities to betray us. It hasn't. And right now it's connection to the Reach may be our best shot at identifying what they're up to.
Scarab : *in Jaime's head* There, Jaime Reyes, listen to the Nightwing. His logic is flawless.
Impulse then runs over beside Blue Beetle.
Impulse : If Blue's going, I'm going.
Nightwing : I assumed as much. Your other members are Lucky Girl, Kevin and last but not least Arsenal.

Nightwing : But you'll have to travel lighter for your first mission. Nothing that won't fit under civilian clothes. Any questions?
Arsenal : Just one. Why are we meeting in this dump?
Nightwing : With the cave and the Hall of Justice destroyed, we don't have any other options.
Arsenal : Except the Watchtower. It's national news now, you can't pretend it doesn't exist.
Nightwing : Only Justice League and senior members of the Team are authorized for the Watchtower. You don't qualify.
Alpha Squad changed into their civilian clothes and headed towards LexCorp Farms to carry out their mission. They were on a tram that headed towards the Farms and were accompanied by a tour guide.
Tour Guide : We've just entered one of our farms hydroponic domes, here LexCorp and the Reach is growing the food of the future.
Local Farmer : This could put the rest of Smallville's farmers out of business.
Tour Guide : No, no, not at all. The Reach plans to share their technique with the entire agricultural community. Please, everybody, enjoy your choice in these vitamin rich Reach enhanced produce.
Tim : Genetically enhanced?
Tour Guide : There's been no tinkering with genes, rest assured. The Reach have ways of drawing out an organisms full potential.
