The scene opens to the Watchtower where Miss Martian, and Superboy, were standing in front of the team after they have just completed a mission.
Miss Martian : Excellent work, Alpha squad. Textbook awe. Gamma Squad, you could learn something from--
Zeta Tube : Recognized; Steel, 3-6. Black Lightning, 2-3.
Before she could finish her sentence the Zeta tube began glow as the heroes Steel and Black Lightning came through.
Jefferson : *sighs* Where are they?
Miss Martian : Already in the conference room. Most them anyway.
The two then head towards the conference room.
Impulse : That's everyone except for the League's fearless leader.
Zeta Tube : Recognized; Aquaman, 2-7.
Impulse : Speak of the devil.
The Zeta tube began to glow once again and revealed Kaldur'ahm, who had taken the role of Aquaman.

Aquaman : *sighs* I am not looking forward to this. M'gann, as leader of the team, you are invited to observe.
Miss Martian : Do I want to observe?
Aquaman : Probably not, but please, come. I believe I could use the moral support.

Miss Martian and Aquaman then walk towards the conference room and head inside as the door shuts behind them. Aquaman then walked towards a table that the members of the League were sitting around.
Aquaman : I hearby call this emergency meeting of the Justice League to order. I see that all the Leaguers stationed on Earth are here, either in person, or via hologram. So let us get right to it. *points at Wonder Woman* My coach here has urgent news from the heroes she is leading on our various missions in space.
Wonder Woman : *through hologram* All right. We have conformation. Meta-human trafficking on Earth has spilled out into the galaxy. One multiple worlds, Earth's meta-humans are being deployed by the enemy as weapons of mass destruction. Among other things, their presence in space is undermining our efforts to rebuild both Earth and the Justice League's reputations after our trial on Rimbor.
Jefferson : Tch. Right, that's the problem.
Wonder Woman : *through hologram* I'm sorry, Jeff. I-I didn't mean to diminish the life of that girl.
Jefferson : I know, Diana. Forget I said anything. It's just... it's just we need to know how this happened and how it got by us.
Aquaman : Here on Earth, our ongoing struggle with Meta-human trafficking has...
