-Chapter 3-

Tinulungan kong makatayo ng tuwid si Joseph.

I smiled gently ng mapansin ko na kumakalma na siya.

"Okay ka lang ba?"

nag aalala kong tanong. Tumingala naman sa akin si Joseph at ngumiti ng pagkalaki laki.

*sighs

This kid..really.. so cute

I feel like my worries amd other emotions faded in an instant

"Irene."

Oh right.. Nakalimutan ko siya saglit...

The crown prince... Princess Irene's brother..

Malamig akong tumingin sa Prinsipe.
Hindi siya kumibo kaya hindi din ako kumibo.

Patuloy kaming nagtitigan hanggang sa siya ang unang umiwas ng tingin.

I gritted my teeth in anger.

What does he mean?

What is this guy implying?

ramdam ko ang paghigpit ng hawak ni Joseph sa damit ko but I ignored it.

I shadowed my eyes behind mg bangs.

My anger arises again.

This feeling is from me and the princess.. who died while waiting for her brother and her family to start loving and taking care of her.

They didn't even know na may sakit ang prinsesa.. Hindi man lang sila nagpadala ng doctor para mapatingin ito..

This people are much more worst than the devil himself!

"Did you visit.. just to confirm whether.. I'm dead or not?"

"How absurd! Don't talk to the crown prince like that!"

sigaw ng isa sa mga knights sa tingin ko ay siyang may mataas na rank.

I coldly look at that old man. I saw him flinched and close his lips in a tightlipped.

Then tumingin ako kay Abel na bakas amg gulat sa mga mata niya. Ang dating malamig at walang emosyon ay nagpapakita ng gulat.

How absurd..

"I advice you not to set foot on this mansion again. I will continue to disappoint you because I'll be alive everytime you come here. At kung ayaw mong makarinig ng patungkol sa akin at makita ako.. I'll stay lay low like what you what.. like a dead person too... So please don't show up anymore... Your presence itself are making me feel sh*t"

malamig kong sambit

Naging tahimik naman ang buong living room.

They were shocked... maybe because hindi nila inakalang ang fragile and weak princess ay makakasabi ng mga ganitong bagay..

Well..  That princess is already dead.

"Let's go joseph... I'll treat your wounds.."

I said gently and touch the kid's tear strained cheeks.

Hinay hinay ko nang hinila palabas sa living room si joseph at dumiretso sa second floor.

I heard Abel called my name but I ignored it.

He deserved this cold treatment.

Princess.. If you are watching... please be at ease..

I promise to find you the people you're looking for...

People that will care and love you unconditionally...

So please wait patiently...

"....Ate Kaley.... uhm... pwede bang magtanong?"

Ah.. There he is...

It'sa bit late than I expected.

"Sure go ahead"

"Are you the princess?"

".....yes"

"Really? Then... why are you hiding it?"

malungkot na saad niya. I smiled apologetically.

"You don't have to answer me Ate Kaley!.. You are a kind and gentle person! I know may rason ka para i tago ang totoo! And promise wala akong pagsasabihan!"

mabilis na paninigurado ni Joseph.

I look surprised but then smiled warmly.

"Thank you for understanding..."

sabi ko at niyakap siya. Joseph hugged me back.

"Ate Kayle... It will be fine... so please dont be sad anymore..."

I paused. Haaa. hahaha

Even if i smile.. He can see through what really lies behind this smile of mine... This cinnamon roll...
