“Marshal, good day.”

“Good day.”

“These days, the Merfolk at the south-eastern coast are frequently on the move, Lu Meng and I should not leave the station for long periods of time……”

“Major General!”

“Yes.”

“Settling the personal issues of officers is also a policy that the unit has always wanted to implement. You and Lu Meng should just relax and have your vacation in peace.”

Li Ze watched the fluorescent screen dim down and let out a sigh.

A certain someone was draped over his back, recklessly prattling away, “It’s not like you’re unaware of the Marshal’s blissful marriage and how he can’t wait for all his subordinates to follow in his footsteps. Come on, give me a smile. Sighing doesn’t suit you.”

“You seem to be enjoying yourself.” Li Ze tilted his head and glanced at Lu Meng, who had his chin on Li Ze’s shoulder. He resembled an idiot no matter how Li Ze looked at him.

“Enjoying, my ass.” Lu Meng grinned, “Anyway, it’s a vacation and no one’s forcing us to go on blind dates. Why don’t we go out and have some fun instead?”

Li Ze raised an eyebrow and decided to retract his previous statement. Sometimes, Lu Meng wasn’t that much of an idiot.
