"This server is just like his style....." A guy said while looking at Morada's server.
"Come on Kim, get over his death already. He's gone. Accept it."
"I don't think I'd ever will, Syiro. Don't lie to yourself, dumbass. We all can't move on."
"You two, shut up will you?" Someone interrupted their conversation. The guy sighed. What his friends said was true.
ZANDER
"I CAN'T BELIEVE IT."
My apartment is here. Untouched and secured. Not even a single thing is changed. Just like how I left it.
"Wooooow Zander! Ang ganda dito!" Daisy said in amazement.
My apartment is not that big but cozy. It has two rooms. One for me and one for my computers. A small bathroom and a kitchen.
"Of course maganda dito. Welcome to my place, Daisy!"
While Daisy is busy admiring things that I have, I went straight to my computer set-up. I missed my babies. I turned it on.
"Welcome, master Zander." The computer said.
Agad kong chi-nange ang pangalan ng system. Even though na ako lang ang nakaka-alam sa lugar na ito, I still should be careful. Medyo naging mahirap ang pag-change ko sa pangalan at sa mga access key pero nagawa ko parin naman.
"Welcome, mistress Amethyst."
I smiled.
It's good to be back. Gumawa ako ng ilang errands before ako natulog para may dagdag pocket money ako for tomorrow. Bibili pa ako ng pagkain namin ni Daisy, hygiene stuffs and school supplies.
"Urgh. Can I visit my family?" Pagod na sabi ko.
"Yes you can."
"Huh?"
"Yes you can."
"FUCK REALLY?!"
"No need to shout Zander. Malapit lang ako sayo huhu."
"Sorry."
"BUT. Don't act so rash. Your family doesn't know Amethyst Lin. If you approach them like you did back then, they'll think you're insane and weird."
Na-dissapoint ako. "Ah yes. Of course."
"I understand you Zander. Sino ba naman ang hindi mami-miss ang pamilya nila diba?" Daisy said.
"I miss my little sister. She used to cling into me, and I always played with her. I spoiled her too much." Sabi ko.
Zari. If you meet me, will you freak out?
"Tulog na ako Daisy. Goodnight."
"K-kuya......*hik*....."
Nagulat ako sa biglang pag-iyak ni Zari. Kakagaling lang niya sa school. Ngayon nandito siya sa kwarto ko. Akala ko gusto lang niyang maglaro. Agad akong nag-alala kasi baka anong nangyari sa kanya.
"Zari! What happened? Look, it's okay alright? I'm here. What happened?"
"A-ayaw nila sa akin. They h-hate me! Hurts. It h-hurts kuya. I just want friends......they said if I won't tell you then they'll be good to me. K-kuya, please don't tell mommy and daddy."
I noticed na panay takip ni Zari sa uniform niya, as if hiding something. My suspicions rose up. "Zari. Roll up your sleeves."
She got startled after what I said. "N-no."
I gently leaned beside her and caressed her head. "It's okay, Zari. Kuya's here. Just roll it up." I said, the calmest way possible.
"..........." Hindi niya ako sinagot pero marahan niyang itininaas ang uniform niya. Hindi ako makapaniwala sa nakita ko.
Bruises. Lots of them.
"K-kuya....... don't be mad at me.."
Galit ako. Galit na galit. Pero hindi kay Zari.
"How long are they doing this to you?"
"S-since I moved the same school as you."
Ah. Those bastards. How dare they hurt my sister.
"I'm not mad, Zari. Let's treat this first, alright? Don't worry about everything. Kuya's got it." I said with an convincing smile.
"Salamat kuya. You're the best."
"Anything for my sister." Zari, innocent little one. They messed with the wrong person. They don't even have the right to touch the tips of your hair. Tomorrow's gonna be fun.
"ZANDER YOHOOOOOOOOO!"
Napadilat ako ng wala sa oras. Mukha ni Daisy ang bumungad sa akin. "What the hell! Daisy get off me!" Sabi ko sabay pitik sa kanya. Tumilapon siya palayo. Tsss.
"Hoy ang sama mo! Ginigising lang naman kita eh! Hmmmp!" Nagdadabog na sabi niya.
"Haha. Sorry. Anyways, we got shit to do! Gotta get ready."
After kong maligo at magbihis, I left my apartment. Pumara akong ng taxi patungong mall. Maraming tao kasi nga pasukan na sa monday. Nagtungo ako sa department store at naglakad patungo sa stationery.
I grabbed all the things I need. Bags, papers, supplies, and stuff. Pupunta na sana ako sa counter ng biglang may lumitaw na maraming red hologram sa harap ko. Nataranta ako kaya agad kong tinawag si Daisy.
