Chapter 16: Target 2

Why does the mall have to be this big? Amethyst's legs are almost giving up. Come on legs, don't fail me.

"Zander, according sa map, nasa department store ang pangalawang target. Yey! Sasakay tayo ng calculator." Excited na sabi ni Daisy.

"Escalator yun, Daisy."

"WHAAAAT? EXECUTER?! Kapag sumakay tayo mamamatay tayo-mmmph"

"Tumahimik ka ngang pusa ka. Halika na."

Sumakay kami ni Daisy sa escalator. Medyo natakot si Daisy at first pero ngayon bumalik na naman sa pagiging maingay.

"OMG ZANDER THE STAIRS ARE MOVING UP WE'RE GOING TO DIE ASGSKHAJSHJSGS-" Napaface-palm nalang ako. We should've taken the elevator.

"Wow Zander! Ang taas natin! Kahit may pakpak ako, mahihirapan akong makalipad ng ganito kataas!"

"Mamamatay kaya tayo pag nahulog tayo? Zander try mo kayang tumalon."

DAISY TUMAHIMIK KAAAAAA. MAMAMATAY AKO SA KAKULITAN MO. Gigil na sabi ko kay Daisy thru telepathy.

"AHAAHAHAHAHA. Sorry!"

"A digital store, huh?" Tiningnan uli ang map sa hologram. 9 meters away from me is target two.

It's been a while since I updated my computers. So I guess coming here will kill two birds in one stone.

Kimclass Corps. A famous digital company. All engineers they hire are mechanical geniuses. Sila halos gumagawa ng bagong technology. Currently running first in social tower, second is Applemango Corps. I know this store very well, since I'm always here when I was alive.

No matter how many times I come here, I'm still amazed how big the store in this mall. The store looks like a grocery store set up. The items are placed much like in a grocery store. That's why if you come here, you need to actually know what are you going to buy. They won't worry about things getting stolen since the security is high. This isn't even the main branch.

I wonder why the target is here. May bibilhin malamang. Or kaya nag window shopping. Idk.

"I heard the heir is here."

"Huh? How come the staffs are calm?"

"I don't know. Let's just follow the plan and get out."

Ba't ba kasi kailangan mag leave ng good impression? Pwedeng mag meet lang kami tapos boom! Tapos na agad. Ay ang daming effort. This mystery reward better be worth it, white system.

Pumasok ako at agad akong winelcome ng mga staff. Agad ko naman silang dinismiss since ayaw kong may sagabal sa misyon ko.

Naglakad lakad ako sa paligid. Pumupula na ang hologram dahil nga nasa malapit na ang target.

Target 2 is 6 meters away!
Target 2 is 5 meters away!
Target 2 is 4 meters away!

I-noff mo muna ang sagabal na hologram sa harap ko. Tumigil ako sa paglalakad pagkatapos kong makita ang hinahanap ko. New parts and some other upgrade disks station. Naghanap ako ng maganda pero wala pa akong nakikita na nagugustuhan ko.

Lumipat ako sa kabilang stall. May nakita akong isang matangkad na lalaki na mukhang staff ng store based sa damit niya. May ginagawa siyang kung ano sa gilid kaya di ko pinansin. I wandered my eyes to find something fit for my system, then my eyes landed on the employee guy's hand.
