Strong like an Uchiha

chapter 30: Traitor part 1

After the immense training the girl had to stay bedridden for a few days , her body weak , her eyes hurt , the atmosphere was cold , the smell of her mom's cooking made her gag, especially her chicken soup

Now sure the training caused her a few days in bed and training was lost but there were two benefits to this, seeing as sarada was a genius she often had missions , her mom was a doctor , so that simply meant that hardly anyone came to see and disturb her , unfortunately, not even her father came , but the other benefit of this was that she truly needed the rest , the training was taking a toll on her , not that she would admit it but it felt good not to do something for a change

Sayuki sat on her bed, she was staring at the plain ceiling contemplating her next move

"It's a tricky one and with how much surveillance the hokage is willing to spend on me , makes it the more difficult" the girl said to her self but she knew the twins were listening, they always were

"Sarada -from what I've heard - has grown increasingly strong , another challenge but I too have been honing my abilities and training , I will not loose , for this time I care not what people think my rank is , I will defeat her Infront of her loved ones and make her know the pain she put me through , I'll not only do that but I'll also take my spotlight, I'm damn tired of being in her shadow , I think her time as the strongest daughter is up"

Sayuki said sitting up in her bed

'i think I've rested enough' thought the girl
Before getting out of bed and stretching ,

The girl went to the bathroom , her bare feet being met with light blue tiles that made her shiver due to the cold

She washed her face , brushed her teeth , and got in a hot shower , taking her time with this , slowly she made her way to her wardrobe were she chose her clothes for the day

Walking down the stairs after all her morning routines were done, she was met with the familiar  site of her family , her sister talking enthusiastically to Sasuke and Sakura , Sakura cooking as she smiled at her daughter , Sasuke listening to his oldest blab on and on about whatever.

Like usual Sakura would be the first to spot sayuki

"Oh hunny , good morning, how are you today?" Sakura

"I'm feeling better , thanks" the girl answered in a monotone voice , shocking Sakura , that sayuki even answered and said 'thanks' that was new

Sakura decided to take her chances ,"would you like to eat breakfast with us?"

She asked the question, everyone already knew the answer to

"Yes please"

Or maybe not

The uchiha's jaws dropped , well of course except sayuki's

Normally there are three answers sayuki would give, ' I'm not hungry' , 'the food smells terrible' or she would just walk out leaving the three without an answer

The fact that she agreed and in a polite way too made them happy and scared

"Maybe the flu got to her" sarada muttered

But Sakura was too delighted to pay attention , as she motioned for the empty seat

Sayuki walked slowly towards the seat , it looked vacant , like noone had used it in years , and maybe that was the truth , somehow though , it was still pretty clean

Sitting down , she looked at her hands

"So sayuki , you got any plans for today?" Sarada tried making conversation with her little sister , it was so hard for her to do simple sibling things with her younger sister
She wasn't used to it
