Two peas in a pod
One a fact
One a facadeTwo peas in a pod
One perfectly intact
The other shot dead by firing squadOne pea in the pod
What a crowd they attract
The lone pea rots - rests flawedOne pea in the pod
The curtain falls, drops the act
The audience may now applaudI was hesitant to publish this poem because I feared it would come off as cheesy. However, I felt that I should anyways so I can let go of my resentment.
