A careless hand reaches into a mug of stationary
Emerging out of the vessel is a black ballpoint pen
Soon becoming the user's favorite writing tool
The pen works exceptionally hard to perform well
As to please the hand
After time, the hand's favorite pen begins to lose its ink
And the hand willingly tosses the once favored pen into the bin
