"So your telling me this happened a few weeks ago?" my dad asked

"yeah... we just met at school and starting talking, nothing major" I said eating my chicken. Knowing deep inside this is something major. He's like my prince charming but with his own style, pink full lips and a body to die for, a voice with a lot of bass that makes a girl just wanna melt. I didn't notice I was smiling till my mom said "is everything ok sweetheart?"

"hmm?.... uh yeah every-everything is just fine" I said

"When will I get a chance to meet him?" my dad said taking a sip from his drink. This is exactly why I didn't want him to know, all these questions will be asked and more.

"Meet him?" I questioned raising my eyebrow.

"Yes meet him... as in invite him to dinner and get to know him, hey why not invite his family a cook out would be fun" he said smiling at me and facing my mother. She smiled at me and winked "sound good ill plan everything" my mom said

"Next Saturday would be great" said my dad

I hope Saturday goes well.

"Hey dad how you found out?"

"That night when i came from work i heard you to on face time or whatever that thing is called" he said while waving me off and walked to the kitchen. Im so screwed I thought.

-Flashback Over

-Lunch Time

"A cook out?!" Jamie asked

"yeah that's what I said... Ima need you guys to come also"

"chy if its free food im in... and your daddy could grill shit count me in" said Jamie

"how about you guys Tati and Shamar"

"yeah we will be there" said Shamar

"good" I sighed out "now all i gotta do is invited him and his family"

"well here he comes right now" said Tati point behind me. I turned around and seen him and Monica walked into the cafeteria at the same time. I seen her wiping her mouth just a little bit and smiling towards our table. She walked over to her table and kissed her boyfriend Kevin Clark. They make a pretty decent couple it's just she hop's from dick to dick.

"Hey babe" he said kissing my forehead

"Hey what we're you doing?" I asked

"What was I doing?" he answered my question with a question.

"I was uhh.... helping Mrs-Mrs uhh... umm Samir picking up the test papers and books up" he said while sitting next to me.
I ignored the weird feeling in my gut that he was lying but I'll ask about it another time.

"Wass up yall?" Said Dalton

"Nun just eating lunch how about you? you seem a little nervous about something bruh" said Shamar

"Nahh I'm cool... just a little headache

"Mhm" said Jamie

"What was yall talking about?"

"A cook out" said Tati

"Oh fo real" he said "who having it? "

"That's wass up, I'll be there

"Well you and your family have to be there" I said he raised his eyebrows at me

"Well...... my dad found out about us, my mom knew a little but my dad found out"
