Daphne POV

After our visit in Ilocos Sur, Ninong suggest to continue our work at the headquarters temporarily. Inaayos pa daw kasi yung ibang headquarters dahil pinaghahandaan din ng mga LGUs ng bawat city.

My work's the same which is being Sir Simon's secretary. Our arguments still goes by but not like before. Medyo humupa na pero meron pa rin.

I'm on my way to let him check his paper works when suddenly I see his older brother, Sir Sandro.

"Good morning po Congressman" I greeted.

"Oh hi, wait you're the new secretary, right? Familiar ka sa akin" He says.

"Anak po ako ni Dennis Gonzalez" I inform.

"Oh wait.. " He's trying to figure out my name. He look at me and clap his hands as he remembers it. "Your name is related to ulan, right?" He ask.

I laugh a little. "Opo Daphne Rain po"

"See, I remember you, ikaw yung batang kalaro namin na inaasar namin ng ulan" He laugh.

"Opo sir"

"Anyway nice seeing you again here, hope my brother Simon's not too harsh" He says.

"Medyo po Sir pero kaya naman po"

"I'm sorry, he doesn't want this job kase, he wants to go back in China, hayaan mo babait din yun I guess I have to go, nice to see you again, Rain" He smile as he wave goodbye.

Hay buti pa yung kuya mabait, yung kapatid hindi, hmp.

I went to Simon's office. "Sir pa fact check po" I said. I handed him the papers and waited for him to finish it.

"Bait po ni Sir Sandro no sir? Bakit kayo po hindi?" I ask teasingly.

He took a heavy sigh and look at me. "Did I tell you to speak?" He harshly ask.

"Ah kailangan po ba may permission?" I said back.

She slammed the papers on the desk furiously. "I already check it, will you please get out"

I took the papers quickly. "Tatanong lang eh" I mumble.

"What did you say?"

I fake a smile and roll my eyes. "Wala po Sir"

I turn back and exits his office. On my way to my cubicle, I meet Atty Carmela at the hallway.

"Oh gurl, why naman ganyan face mo? Nakasimangot ka ganda ganda mo" She compliments. "Let me guess, you came from Simon's office, kailan ba kayo matatapos mag away?"

"Ma'am ganun po ba talaga si Sir? Pinaglihi yata sa sama ng loob, hindi pa rin maka move on dun sa pagkakatapon ko ng kape, I said sorry a couple times" I said.

"Mabait naman talaga si Simon, I think it's because of his work in China, he wanted to have a promotion but I think he failed and he was ask to go home and help his parents, intindihin mo na lang" She calmly said.

"Okay po ma'am, mahaba naman po pasencya ko" I sigh. I'm trying my best to understand his situation kahit alam kong may sariling battles din ako.

I have this mindset in which I will do everything I can to help others because I know we have different situations.

Anyway, when I came back to my seat, kuya suddenly calls. "Hello kuya dan, kamusta?" I greet.

"I'm fine, I should be the one asking, how are you there, daph?" He ask.

"I'm.. Great" I sigh.

"How's your meds? Conditions? Therapy-

" Kuya ayos lang ako"
