Chapter Three

Harrys Pov

As we were walking, I took a moment to appreciate the beauty of Gringotts. It was al carved marble with statues of many figures of history, probably ones who have aided the goblins in the past.

We reached a large gold door and here was where griphook knocked on the door. It opened instantly but not without a creek. Griphook stepped aside and ushered me in before I thanked him, which he seemed quite shocked by, and left. I turned around to a very grand desk which a goblin, that I can assume is ragnok sat.

"Hello mister potter-black" the goblin drawled

"Hello. Um may I ask why you called me potter black, as far as I know I'm just harry potter" I asked

"You mean to tell me no one's told you about your blood adoption. This may be more serious than I thought. It seems in my best interest to have you take an inheritance test, and then you can see for yourself"

Ragnok reached into a draw and pulled out a blank piece of parchment and an ornate dagger

"Here is an inheritance test paper, you need to place seven drop of blood onto the parchment with the dagger, which will instantly heal your hand afterwards" ragnok informed me after seeing my confused expression.

I did what he asked flinching once the dagger sliced my palm. As soon as the seventh drop landed on the parchment my palm healed and the blood seemed to soak into the paper and form words. What I read shook me to my core, the paper read:

After reading all of that the only question that was in my mind was what am I supposed to do now?
