"Apologize for your wrongdoings against fellow writers."

•••

As human, we are imperfect and are prone to hurt our co-writers, whether in actions or words, consciously or not. The antidote of this is to sincerely apologize to that person. Talk to him or her in private and direct, rather than spreading rumors to unconcerned individuals; which will possibly create further chaos. After reconciliation, strive not to repeat that error again. This is another major challenge for us to lower down our ego, because nobody likes to be in the bottom. The Scripture tells us, "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up."

There is nothing better of one's feeling than bearing a light and guiltless heart. Say sorry to whom you have erred wholeheartedly, as soon as it can be. Humble thy self.
