Team 7's Backgrounds

Kakashi Hatake:
Kakashi is the teacher of Team 7, consisting of the series' primary characters: Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno. He is initially portrayed as a detached and apathetic figure, but as the series progresses, his loyalty to his friends and students becomes increasingly apparent.

Naruto Uzumaki:
is a young ninja from the village of Konohagakure. The villagers ridicule Naruto on account of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox-a malevolent creature that attacked Konohagakure-that was sealed away in Naruto's body.

Despite this, he aspires to become his village's leader, the Hokage. His carefree, optimistic and boisterous personality enables him to befriend other Konohagakure ninja, as well as ninja from other villages.

Sasuke Uchiha:
belongs to the Uchiha clan, a notorious ninja family, and one of the most powerful, allied with Konohagakure ("Hidden Leaf Village"). Most of its members were massacred by Sasuke's older brother, Itachi Uchiha, before the series began, leaving Sasuke one of the few living.

Despite becoming empathetic toward his teammates Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno, Sasuke's feelings of powerlessness force him to abandon his friends and his home in his quest to become stronger, and to find Orochimaru.

Sakura Haruno:
is depicted as a kunoichi affiliated with Konohagakure ("Hidden Leaf Village") and a part of Team 7, which consists of herself, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and their sensei: Kakashi Hatake.

Sakura initially has an infatuation for Sasuke, praising him at every juncture, and heaps scorn upon the less-skilled teammate Naruto. Over the course of the series, she begins to shed this singularly driven persona and grows more appreciative and accepting of Naruto.

The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox:
Or Kurama (The name given by the Sage of Six Paths), is the ninth and most powerful of all the tailed beasts, which are large manifestations of unlimited chakra.

The Nine-tailed Fox, as the name implies, has nine tails, which according to legend signifies that the fox has attained immortality. It is said that one swoop of just one of its tails is able to create tsunamis and destroy mountains.

The fox, after nearly causing the complete annihilation of Konoha, was sealed into infant Naruto by the Fourth Hokage. Although the seal the Fourth Hokage placed on Naruto prevents the nine-tails from escaping, it was designed in a fashion that the fox's chakra could still leak out and therefore provide Naruto with the fox's immense power.

Iruka Umino:
Not actually part of Team 7.
He is a chūnin-level shinobi of Konohagakure who serves primarily as an instructor at the Academy.

During his childhood, Iruka's parents were killed by the Nine Tails. After his parents died, Iruka has similarity as Naruto Uzumaki does. He became an orphan and had no one to acknowledge him. He became a prankster who pulled pranks and being an idiot.

When Naruto attend to the Academy, the Third Hokage assigned him to become Naruto's homeroom teacher. When Naruto failed to graduate, His childhood "friend" Mizuki tricked him and Naruto as well revealed the secret to never tell Naruto as the Nine Tails' Jinchuuriki.

He had beaten up Mizuki with his mastered Shadow Clone Jutsu causing Iruka to allow him to graduate and return the Konoha as well arrest Mizuki when he went rogue.

He later became the homeroom teacher for Konohamaru Sarutobi, Moegi Kazamatsuri and Udon Ise. After the Third Hokage died, he attend his funeral and explained Naruto why people risk their lives to protect the other people.

After three years, Iruka continue become the homeroom teacher for new student after Konohamaru and his classmates graduates.
