Hayle’s POV

What we did only a few moments ago was one of the best things to happen in my life. The way he gave me control gave me a rush of adrenaline, it told me to take him over and over again, but I knew we had to stop at some point, this “shower” Derik spoke of was very foreign to me, he led me into the bathroom, it looked like mine, it had a mirror and a toilet, but his als had this glass box in one corner and a porcelain bowel with a silver hose sat under the mirror.

He stopped next to the glass box and opened the door pulling me inside, it was big enough to fit both of us to move around, “alright so up here we get dirty unlike down under the sea where you can just swim around and tada! Your clean, we here actually have to work for our cleanliness.” He turned his back to me and twisted a knob on the wall and I almost broke the glass when I jumped out of the way of the water that magically appeared.

“are you using your water magic again?” I demanded.

He just started laughing, “yeah my magic of modern plumping. No I didn’t everyone on land uses showers, we cant go swimming in the ocean to get clean, we aren’t savages.”

The water started to steam and I quickly pulled Derik out of danger.

“relax babe the water is heated,” he grabbed my hand and placed it beneath the pounding water, “see?” he told me when I relaxed.

“I’m sorry Derik I’m out of my element here.” I explained.

he caressed my face, “its alright I don’t mind teaching you a thing or two about land living.” He smiled and pulled me towards the shower, “but right now we are going to clean ourselves up, get you some new clothes, and food.”

When we finished taking the shower he got dressed, and dried me of with what he called a towel which he wrapped around my waist.

We walked back into the “living room” and over towards a colorful array of bags, Derik led me to one and pulled out a light blue shirt that had the word, ‘Ambicrombie’, written in white in the center.

“I think you’re a large, try this on.” He threw it to me and went to rummaging through another bag.

I put on the shirt the way I saw him do it. He then threw me a small looking cloth that I suspected were the “underwear” Derik told me about, I slid off my towel and put those on as well, they were a little tight, but the look Derik gave me was enough for me to not complain.

“alright so since you have such a narrow waist from all the swimming I got you these pants.” He held up a tight pair of white “pants” like the black ones he had on now.

I slipped into them and he helped me button them up, they fit very well, and the last thing he helped me with were the shoes that protected my feet from any harm.

He stood up and looked me over nodding at his work, “I like it.” He said fixing my hair so it didn’t fall into my face.

“thank you Derik.” I said and kissed him while rubbing myself against him, but he stopped me.

“I really don’t want to help you get dressed for three hours again.” He smiled.

I pouted like a child, “fine.” I said and sat on the sofa crossing my arms.

He leaned down and kissed my cheek, “later, but right now we have to go and visit my mother.” He whispered sadly. I looked to him his face was no longer cheerful, but sad and gloomy.

I cupped his face and stared into his deep hazel eyes, “lets get this over with, so you can be happy again, alright?” he nodded and went to the door.
