Hey guys!! I have another theory from thedragonninja!!! A lot of people in the comments liked this theory so Let's get to it!! The phantoms are foreshadows warning you that this place is about too burn! This is could be true, Phone dude did say there was a fire, so, the character was worried there would be another. The phantoms came to warn him/her about the fire!!
