My theory is that the marionette is behind everything! If you noticed the mini game when Freddy is giving cake to the children you will see an child outside crying. and all of the sudden an purple limousine stop in the front of the child and the child start crying and when purple guy killed him he became an skull and it look like marionettes face and in an mini game too marionette is giving the heads of the animatronics in the dead children so that means marionette is controlling all of the animatronic.
