Their was a video upload on to YouTube on how the five kids died to make the animatronics human like, but in the video the it focuses on the fifth child. It shows a purple man killing him, but after Freddy find the fifth child's body takes it into and room with a big present. The present starts to unravel and you can see golden Freddy's suit standing there.
To me this seemed like the boy had become Golden Freddy himself, but everyone else takes this as an indication that the boy was the puppet, so therefore the puppet is Golden Freddy's mother.
