" hota hai na things haven't worked out for you , so you sort of become bitter in life , then somebody comes and changes everything for you .....changes your entire life, your world and that's what teja has done , So i am a different man today " He replied to the interviewer. He had been tagged the badboy of industry , his own girlfriend didn't believe him , He had given up on finding true love and stopped  caring about what people said. But the day she  entered his life , everything changed. She had given him a new perception to live

Teja smiled warmly listening to his iv. Her heart couldn't be more full. All her life she had done everything for pra. She had been giving but never got anything in return. None had tried to understand her like he did. She was always the person who even though didn't show craved for love. And seeing him treat her as his everythingade her heart flutter.

Still in daze after what happened she stood there processing his words. He loved her ? He still loved her . Why would he ? She was a mess , She always pushed him away then why ? What had she done to deserve him ? Was she even worth waiting for. A constable called her and she sighed , composing herself went inside .

"Why ? " She asked sternly settling infront of him . His hand were in handcuffs and face looked weak .

" I am sorry " He whispered not meeting his eyes and she clasped her hands keeping them on the table

" That's not an answer. Why did you do this ? Hurt my brother. Didn't you just yesterday tell me you wouldn't hurt him ever ? " She shouted but got no reply in return

" Tell me. He was always as much a brother to you , as he was to me. Then why would you try to kill him ? And you even had the fucking audacity to come to the hospital to see him ? What did you come to see ? He died or not ? Huh ? " She screamed , her hands banging on the table

" I am sorry . I didn't know okay ? I never knew you were the same tejudi... uhm teja untill i saw you and my mu.....her in the hospital. I was just trying to save my sister. " his volume raised a bit and she looked at him in disbelief

" I never thought you could stoop so low . Never did i imagine the boy who was afraid to even hurt an ant would  try killing  someone " She exasperated , a hurt look on her face

" I can apologise as much you want but i had no other option. I didn't want to do it , but it was my father's plan. He didn't want me to go to jail and the intention was never to kill him . It was just to threaten you but the accident turned out to be critical . "

" You mean our father Umar ? " she spat out bitterly

" Did you always know ? Did you know we were half siblings all this while ? " She asked seriously still trying to  take in the fact that umar and her shared same father and his mom was the one that came between her parents , with whom her father cheated her mom on and left  them.

" When dad took me with him , i had no idea he was your dad. I found out a few years back when i was in college ." he didn't meet her eyes

" Why didn't you  tell me ? Why didn't you ever try to contact us . Do you even know how much maa- .... Your mother missed you ?  " She breathed out all the pained memories coming back

" Dad didn't let me. He even changed my surname and kept it to maa's surname so that no one ever finds out that  i was his illegitimate son. You see he wanted to hide me . His mistake " He said bitterly and she wondered how much taunts he would have to listen through .
