Chapter 8: Destiny repeats

At Vijah's hideout.

He and five of his best companions were standing with him at the top. The clouds were darker than never before.

Those five were extremely close to him, and they were the only one who knew Vijah's end goal. John, Katakuri, Verena, Amalia and Rocky.

"They are going to be here in twenty minutes I guess.", said Verena.

"Soon. Soon it is going to be over. We will put an end to this for once!", said Vijah.

"Not if I still have a say!"

They all turned around and saw how Spider-Man landed in front of them in his shinny suit.

"Spider-Man? What's he doing here?", asked Amalia.

"Does this kid really think he can stop us?", shouted Rocky.

Vijah was surprised to see him here.

"Out of all the people who want to stop me I didn't expect you to visit me. Jaden.", said Vijah.

Jaden shocked that he knew.

"So, you know?", asked Spider-Man.

"Please I would recognize that fighting style anywhere.", said Vijah as he came forward. He was wearing the same type of suit which he was wearing back then at the wedding.

"So, you finally have the balls to stand in front of me?", asked Vijah.

"When a wild animal is out of control, it needs to be stopped. Even if it means by killing it. And here you are. Hiding in an old construction site.", answered Jaden while going into his fighting pose.

"And I was surprised back then as you wanted to become like me."

"Mother opened my eyes.", answered Jaden in a serious voice.

"Let me guess. Through the magnificent story of. What's his name again? Ah Shivaay. So, she told you a story about a 3rd class hero and some weakass villains and it changed your mind.", said Vijah as he started laughing. "Weak just like this Shivaay guy. Don't force me to give you the same fate his brother gave to him."

"Huh. Try.", said Jaden as his anger was hearable in his voice.

The five started running towards him and jumped up and grabbed some iron rods through his web and started spinning them in mid-air. Then he threw them at them. John and Katakuri got hit while Verena and Amalia could dodge through their martial art skills. Unlike the others did Rocky even try to dodge them. He grabbed one and throw it back at Jaden, who could just dodge with the help of his web-swinging skills.

< This guy. He is so big and tall. He could be a problem. >

Verena took out her knifes and ran towards Spider-Man. He shoot two webs at her, but she dodged them by sliding and hit him hard with a foot swipe. This was enough to make Jaden fall to the ground. Then she did a flip and planned to hit Spider-Man's head with her feet, but Spider-Man avoided it by rolling away. As he was going to stand up again, came Amalia from behind and hit his head with an iron rod. This one hit him so hard he that he was brought down to his knees.

< Dammit. She got me good. > thought Jaden while grabbing the backside of his head. < I don't have any spider-sense so I can't dodge attacks I can't see. >

"Seems like Spider-Man isn't that strong after all.", said Amalia.

"Yeah, he is a weakling. A weak hero that no one needs.", said Verena.

Jaden got angry again stood up.

"Come on Spider-Man. Come on!", said Jaden to himself.

Then he saw how John was on his feet again and had a rifle in his hand. As soon as he saw that he jumped up and pulled the rifle off John's hand with his web. While being in the air he throw the rifle back at him and it ended up hitting John's head.

After that he went for Verena and Amalia. Verena went for a cut with the knife in her right hand, but he grabbed her arm and broke it so that she dropped her weapon. But she wasn't finished and went for another cut with the knife in her left hand. But Jaden kicked the weapon out of her hand in time and throw her on the ground.

Then suddenly he got cut at his back by Amalia who had grabbed Verena's knife on the ground. He backed off and touched his back. As he put his hand forward it was covered with blood.

"Oh, did that hurt you Mr. Spider-Man? Just give up!"

Jaden just ran forward and did a flip over her and shot a web at the back of her as he landed and just pulled her to the ground, making her head hit the ground.

Suddenly someone started shooting at him. Katakuri was back and had pulled his gun.

"Didn't you had ENOUGH?", shouted Jaden at him, making him fear Spider-Man a bit. Jaden shot a web at the wall behind Katakuri and used it to fly forward. Katakuri kept shooting but his vision wasn't at the best and then he got by Spider-Man. Jaden rammed his knee right into Katakuri's face and he fell to the ground.

Then it was time to face Rocky. Spider-Man slid through Rocky's legs and jumped up. Then he shot a web to pull himself back at Rocky and punched him in the face as Rocky was about turn around. But this wasn't enough. Rocky managed to hit Spider-Man with a powerful punch in the chest, right after he hit him. Spider-Man backed off a bit and tried to stand upright.

"Damn you!", said Jaden as he raged at him again. He started punching as much as he could with no stopping in sight.
