VARUN SHARMA PART 3: THE FATE OF MADNESS

Interval

Jaden was holding Malika in his arms. She had no pulse. She was gone. He closed her eyes with his hand as she died with her eyes wide open.

"I'm sorry mom. I let that happen it is my fault.", said he while hugging her for the last time.

But then he heard how the door of the house got broke. The police officers had arrived and were walking towards the garden with their rifles in their hand.

"Whoever is here. Show yourself!"

"No. No. No.", said as he didn't want to leave his mother, but he had to since he was in his Spider-Man suit and the police would suspect him. And he even didn't have his mask. He kissed his mother on the forehead and then swang away one second before the officers arrived at the garden and found the dead body.

Meanwhile was Vijah holding his father in his arms.

"Father!", said Vijah as he hoped that he would open his eyes.

"Come on! Wake up!", said he while having tears in his eyes. Then suddenly Varun slightly opened his eyes.

"Father!"

"Vijah.", said Varun with a weak voice.

"I'm not going to let you die!"

"It is to late for me my son.", said he as he put his hand on Vijah's face. "Why? Why my son? Why did you go down that path?"

Vijah grabbed his father's hand and said, "Everything I have done."

"Was for a specific purpose. To save my close ones. To avenge my friend. To avenge a helpless mother and an innocent woman. To save mother."

Varun's eyes were wide open as Vijah said the last line.

Jaden was sitting on a big street lamp. Looking at the city at night. He was falling into sadness and sorrow. But at the same was uncontrollable anger boiling up inside him.

Vijah's facial expression changed. He looked more serious now. "My battle was against demons. The devils living under us."

*Flashback*

Vijah punching a bag in a dark room while crying.

*Flashback over*

"Will you hear? The untold truth about me? The fate of madness.", said Vijah while looking at his father.

Jaden pressed his hands into fists while saying "A fate of madness." He never had been that serious before.

In the woods. A group of wolves were running through the forest as the came to hill and looked up to a mountain. A man was standing on it. All the wolves were paying their attention to it. As if he was their lord. The full moon was glowing behind him, and he was looking up to the starry sky. "My Kismat is kind of madness. From one star to another and now back again. Seems like I have on final task left here."

What is Vijah's hidden truth?

Where will Jaden's anger bring him?

And how will this madness end?
