Chapter 14: You only see what I show you

< My plan was it to clean the city by finishing all the bosses in the underworld. I first joined forces with all of Leon Wolf's enemies and killed him and took his big safe in which all of his money and gold was. Then I killed James Bruce to avenge my close ones and the woman. I cut both of his hands off. One hand for Binjamin and his mother and the other one for that woman. Besides that, I also had to kill that Alfred guy since he leaked the news that I'm Varun Sharma's son and because of that I might be getting away with everything I do. I wanted my family never to be a part of this and he took that. So, I took his life. After that it was time to kill all the gangster which provided me with the necessary resources to kill Leon Wolf. After that I knew my father would come for me after some time. And I was ready. In the fight I would let myself be killed by him so that he would get the credit for finishing off the most wanted criminal. But instead of that my brother came to see me. I wasn't sure if he would be able to beat my companions so I shot him myself at a spot where I knew he wouldn't die. In the end he actually survived because of his abilities, which I never doubted. Now I knew he would come. My father. By this time, we had opened the safe of Leon Wolf. I had his money. So, it was finally time. To be killed as a villain. I would sleep well knowing that I had saved my mother and many others. I myself was the sacrifice which needed to be given. >

*Present*

Vijah had told his father the whole truth, but unfortunately, he had passed away after hearing it.

Vijah was standing in front of his father's dead body. Suddenly he heard sirens.

< Damn the police is already here. I should better go. There is no sense in getting arrested now. >

After some time

Stacy was having dinner with her parents while watching TV.

*Breaking news*

"Huh? A breaking news at night?", said Steve while drinking milk.

*...highly ranked officer Varun Sharma and his wife have passed away tonight. Their bodies were found in separate places...*

Steve nearly spilled the milk as he heard that.

"What the?", said Steve.

"Wait. Varun Sharma. I remember him. He was at Atif's funeral, right?"

"Yeah, he was his best friend. And his son is Stacy's classmate.", said Steve.

"Oh noooo. Poor Jaden.", said Stacy.

< Who knows where he is right now. Jaden > Stacy

< Varun killed off? Impossible. Hmm what happened there.... > Steve

Meanwhile. Vijah was going to the streets as he got to the big display in city where all the latest news are shown. He saw the breaking news too....

< That's impossible >

*Highly ranked officer Varun Sharma and his wife have passed away tonight.

He fell to his knees.

< All this struggle. For nothing. The person I tried to save died in the end. >

Through all the rage he started to scream since nobody was there at that time.

Then he stood up and started to run. Run and run. He got faster and faster. After so many months he finally was heading home.

While running the tears were flowing from his eyes.

As he got to the old house he climbed over the fences and entered the garden where he shortly got to the crime scene where Malika died.
