"...once again, thank you for coming!"

Everything is going pretty great so far. 'Di ko ineexpect na magiging successful talaga ang opening night.

Our guests are finally here, I finished my speech and my expectations for this hotel and our plans soon, nag pa salamat din ako sa mga investors at guest namin and I told them about the special night for every single guest that will get to experience the hotel special package tonight and tonight only.

Right now, nag-eenjoy lang kami by eating and drinking and of course talking. May mga businessmen na nakikipagusap sa kapwang businessmen, I guess it's also a night of opportunity for some to make connections with other people.

Basta ako, masaya lang talaga ako na success ang gabing 'to.

At least now pwede na 'kong magpahinga mamaya sa sarili kong hotel, I'm also going to stay here for a night, deserve ko rin naman 'to, 'di ba?

Nakatayo lang ako sa third floor habang pinapanood ko ang mga dancers at mga performers at pati na rin ang mga audience at mga reaksyon nila.

It looks like they're really enjoying theirselves.

I feel proud of myself.

Sinong magaakala na dadating ang araw na magiging proud ako sa sarili ko, I'm always that one daughter who loved doing whatever she wanted and not business.

Pero heto, may-ari na 'ko ng isang hotel dito sa Pilipinas, and it is only the beginning.

Marami pa 'kong plano para sa hotel at hindi lang para sa hotel, maybe I want to venture out and build my own resort or invest too.

At pasasalamatan ko rin si Elijah, without him siguro hindi ako naging komportable sa suot ko ngayon.

I feel good actually, I felt so much confidence during my speech, pasasalamatan ko rin yung mga kapatid ko, lalo na si Karine.

"So..." panimula ni Silas sa tabi ko na may hawak hawak na baso na puno ng alcohol.

Nag-tama ang mga mata namin sa isa't-isa.

As always he's just wearing a dark red dress shirt tucked into his Hermes pants. Casual at pormal ang dating pero ang sexy pa rin niya, he reminds me of Evan, ang sexy nilang pareho.

"Congratulations, Ms. Dixon."

At 'di ko rin inaakala na darating ang panahon na maririnig ko rin yan, now I'm one of the 'Ms. Dixons' there is in our family.

I feel good about that, I feel mature and accomplished.

It didn't take us a second to smile and burst a laugh at each other's faces. Hanggang ngayon ay close pa rin kaming dalawa ni Silas, I can't believe that he also helped me with the preparations for tonight.

I swear he's the best. I'm grateful to have met someone like him, sigurado ako na magiging matalik pa rin kaming kaibigan at business partners until we die, I could feel it.

"You did great."

"Great? You mean amazing? Tinulungan mo pa nga 'ko."

I took a sip of my drink, just a sip, ayokong malasing masyado.

Alam ko naman na hindi na 'ko tulad ng dati nung sinigaw ko sa buong mundo na mahal ko at papakasalan ko si Dominic nung nalasing ako, pero kinakabahan pa rin ako.
