"I can't tell if it's good or not that we're having trouble finding where Spider-Man is," Steve muttered as he stood around a table, looking at all his friends. Bucky was beside him, although he looked a little tense and Steve wasn't sure why.

Natasha watched some of the new videos of the hero that had been filmed and nodded slightly. "I don't think it's bad actually. If we're having problems then I'm sure Ross is as well," Natasha commented, the others agreeing with a nod.

"What should we do then?" Bucky asked lightly, he really didn't want to have to do this. Peter was nothing close to a threat, and he knew they wouldn't hurt him, but the fear was still there and Bucky wouldn't be able to stand it if his little brother was hurt.

"I'll go out tonight. See if I can talk to him. He doesn't seem like a threat, but I want to talk to him. I'll make sure to keep to the shadows," Steve concluded, looking around the table for approval from them all.

Bucky swallowed and nodded, "and you won't hurt them?" Bucky asked, trying to keep his voice from showing the fear and worry he was really feeling. He was The Winter Soldier for Gods sake, he shouldn't be feeling like this.

'You're Bucky Barnes, not The Winter Solider. Not anymore,' Peters words echoed in his mind and Bucky corrected himself in his mind.

He was Bucky Barnes, to these people, as much time as he had spent with them and how important they all were to him. They never got to see the emotions Bucky really feels, or truly understand how Bucky communicates feelings. So seeing him like this- vulnerable, probably came as a shock to them all.

Steve looked at Bucky with a close eye, he could see Natasha doing the same and new soon they would work out something was up with Bucky. After all, he had been spending more time not at the warehouse then in it, don't get him wrong, he used to hardly be there, but it was a considerable amount less now with Peter.

"I won't hurt him Buck," Steve promised, giving Bucky a reassuring smile.

As much as Steve wanted to ask what was going on, he knew if Bucky wanted him to know, he would say something to him. He knew it was more than likely something to do with this Spider-Man, seeing as Bucky hadn't put any input in on how to catch him and looked more than worried whenever they spoke about getting him.

What is was however. Steve had no idea.

Bucky nodded silently, hoping Peter won't go out patrolling tonight. Although he knew it was a useless hope, Peter wouldn't miss out on patrol for anything as far as Bucky knew, and this would be no difference. He also couldn't warn him, as he wouldn't even be able to see him before patrol as he always comes by after.

Natasha held a thoughtful glare on her face as she looked at Bucky. She was about to say something, seeing as it looked as though Clint was also catching onto something. But before either of them could utter a word Steve shot the pair of them a look, effectively shutting them up before they could say anything.

"It's already 5pm, so you might want to hurry and get ready Cap. We can't be sure when Spider-dude will be going out," Sam commented, glancing at the clock.

That seemed to snap them all into action. Steve went off to change and get ready to go, while the others all walked off, Clint and Natasha muttering to each other about something, leaving Bucky stood at the table alone.

His focus zeroed in on a picture of Spider-Man. Bucky really hoped Steve didn't hurt Peter, he didn't want to have to pick between the pair, because he already knew who he would pick.
