-Third Person P.O.V-
*Location- Stark Tower*
It was Tuesday evening and all the Avengers were sat in the med-bay, all around Peters bed. Although the kid was getting a lot better, he was still needing to stay a little longer to make sure he was actually okay.
Everyone was talking happily to one and another, even Steve and Tony.
A lot had happened within the two and half days since Peters arrival in the med-bay and admittance to knowing all the Avengers.
The first Sunday night that Peter had gotten into the med-bay, once he was asleep, they all moved upstairs to the common room and spoke about anything and everything. Tony, Steve and Bucky all told their own sides of what happened in Siberia, sharing their own thoughts and feelings on the whole thing, admitting to their mistakes on the matter and how they had wished they had dealt with it.
Bucky had spoken about his mind control within HYDRA, how he never had any control over what he did and how he did it. How it was as though he was watching it all unfold from somewhere behind the scenes, like it was a tv screen to his own eyes.
Tony spoke about how he was close to his mum, how she was the only one he ever really felt was there for him. About how she made him feel as though, maybe he wasn't a fuck up like his dad told him he was. He spoke about how his dad was always there, telling him how much he had fucked up or how much of a disappointment he was. And that, while losing his father didn't mean much to him, the loss of his mum at such a young age had hurt him more than anything.
Steve spoke about his younger years, having Bucky beside him and about how he was always beat up with no way of defending himself. And how once he had the serum he finally felt as though he had some sort of control over what he could do. And that having Ross come along and try and control him for that, had made him want nothing more than to fight back.
They went around the entire group, talking about how being away from their families and on the run from the law had affected them. About how they had come to be the way they were (some people were more open than others, but no one pushed anyone on anything they said).
They all then went on to tell stories about Peter, Happy, Pepper and Rhodey joined them around this time, (after a quick talk to Tony they learnt what had happened and seeing as Tony seemed relaxed and happy, they could try and work around their issues with the rouges) and all shared stories of Peter. Of course, Tony and Bucky were the two that had the most to share, seeing as they had spent the most time with Peter.
That night had ended with Tony and Bucky sleeping in Peters room, both not wanting to leave the kid alone that night.
Monday rolled around and Peter was feeling a little better, he was still in a considerable amount of pain, but he knew it would get better from here. (At least for a while). The day was spent mainly with everyone coming and going from Peters room and talking, the only two ever present all the time being Tony and Bucky.
Later that night, once Peter had fallen asleep Steve and Tony made their way to the common room once more. Everyone was scattered around the tower, Bucky staying with Peter not wanting to be involved in the conversation that was about to take place. Steve and Tony knew they needed to talk about it and sort out the accords before it was too late, after all, Ross was still after them all and it would only be time before he knew the were all hiding in the tower.
Once sat down in the common room, Tony begun to talk, hoping to get this over with as soon as he could.
"I know you didn't agree with the accords last time, so I've changed as much as I can to appease both you and Ross. Believe me when I say I hate having to go along with that man as much as you, but I know what battles I can and can't win. Just- before you say anything, read through them," Tony spoke tiredly, handing the paper over to the super soldier and hoping the man will agree to them.
