(Y/n) was walking over to where the Devil Kings, Fallen Angel Governor and Archangel was. As he approached, Rias noticed his presence.
Rias: "(Y/n)!" she called out getting everyone's attention.
(Y/n): "hello everyone." he said politely. "it is an honor to meet the current Lucifer and leviathan."
Sirzechs: "The honor is mine, Shadow Dragon Emperor." he said, just as polite. "I thank you for doing this to save my sister."
(Y/n): "No problem. I'm also doing this so my sister is safe as well. We elder brothers do what we must to keep our younger siblings safe." he said.
Sirzechs: "that's true." he said.
Rias/Akeno: "Onii-san!!" they whined.
Sirzechs and (Y/n) chuckle.
Azazel: "So what brings you over here? I hear that your friends with the Gods." he said.
(Y/n): "I actually wanted to discuss something with you three." he said.
Michael: "What is it?" he asks.
(Y/n): "I was thinking, me and my groups numbers are increasing. There needs to be a Faction that can be a peacekeeping force. my group so far has been solving arguments between one another like between the Yokai and Fallen Angels." he said.
Azazel: "Thanks for that by the way." he said.
(Y/n) nods his way.
Michael: "What do you propose?" he asks.
(Y/n): "I wish to create my own Faction." he said calmly.
This surprised them. Sirzechs however grabbed his chin in thought.
Sirzechs: (this idea of his isn't half bad. We really do need peacekeepers.) he said in his mind.
Azazel: "How about we talk about this after the Tournament? I'm curious who will be next." he said.
(Y/n): "Very well. However, I shall remain over here in the mean time." he said before stand up near the Big 3 leaders.
Serafall glanced at him. Serafall then leans closer to her sister who was next to her.
Serafall: "Your fiancé is pretty hot Sona-chan." she said.
Sona sighs. She expected this.
Down in the arena, Heimdall stood proudly. He was LOVING this Tournament so far.
Heimdall: "Alright everyone!! That last match was full of chaos!! But in today's match!! We have a surprising selection!! All the Gods know his name!!! He's befriended the Gods and beat them in combat!! HE IS THE ONE AND ONLY LEGENDARY DRAGON EMPEROR!!! (Y/N) HIMEJIMA!!!" he announces loudly.
(Y/n) leaps from the stands and lands in the arena. He stands up after touching the ground. Everyone was surprised to see him in the ring so soon. Riser shit himself. He never saw the roster.
Heimdall: "And for his opponent!! The meteor Dragon himself, ONE OF THE DRAGON KINGS!! TANNIN!!!!" he announces loudly.
A large shadow looms above before the figure crashes into the ring. The large figure was Tannin. (Y/n) smiled under his mask. The faction leaders were surprised to see Tannin here.
(Y/n): "So Riser convinced you to fight?" he asked.
Tannin: "Actually his father did. He told me about this Tournament, said the Shadow Dragon Emperor is involved. I couldn't resist the offer to fight you." he said.
(Y/n): "Do you why he's fighting in the first place?" he asks.
Tannin: "Not really. But I've always wished to clash with Etheox." he said.
Etheox: "and your gonna regret challenging me mongrel!!" he shouted.
(Y/n): "Calm down Etheox. This will be pretty easy." He mumbles so only Etheox can hear.
With the Big 3 Factions, Sona notices that (Y/n) is unfazed.
Sona: "(Y/n) doesn't seem to be afraid to face an Ultimate Class Devil like Tannin." she points out.
Michael: "(Y/n) is full of surprises, I've never seen him go full power before." he said.
Azazel: "perhaps Tannin can get him to reach that level." he said, looking on with interest.
(Y/n) is suddenly enveloped in a bright glow. When the glow subsides, he was in the Shadow Dragon Balance Breaker.
Tannin: "already in your Balance Breaker? I figured at least you'd want to have a bit of fun in this fight." he said.
(Y/n): "no, if you win. My sister turns into a slave for that bitch Riser. I refuse and I will fight FOR MY SISTERS FREEDOM!!!!!!!" he roars as a large red aura explodes off him and sent a massive gust of wind in every direction.
Everyone was surprised at this show of force. (Y/n)'s aura calms down but still remained around him as he gets into his fighting stance before rocketing towards Tannin. He punches Tannin in the face and makes the Dragon stumble back before sending up a strong kick to the jaw making the Dragon fall backwards from the force of the kick.
Heimdall: "what a hit from The Shadow Dragon Emperor!! Just two hits and the Dragon is already on the ground!!" he announces.
(Y/n) hovered in the air and glared down at Tannin. Tannin opens his eyes and charges a fire blast. He leaned up and fired it while sitting on the ground. (Y/n) teleports to the side and dodges the fire blast. The blast hit the invisible barrier protecting the spectators. Tannin gets up off the ground.
(Y/n): "That was predictable." he said. "My turn."
(Y/n) brought his hand up.
(Y/n): "Hell's Inferno!" he shouted as a lot of fire shoots out of his hand and soon morphs into a large sphere of fire.
(Y/n) reeled it back before throwing it at Tannin. Tannin cocked a fist back and punches the orb causing a gust of wind to form and the arena to shake. The Orb soon breaks but not by Tannin's doing. But (Y/n)'s who canceled the attack. Tannin knew why he did that. (Y/n) canceled the attack because it most likely would have destroyed the arena. So (Y/n)'s is HEAVILY holding back.
Heimdall: "Holy Gods!! What the hell kind of attack was that!?" he exclaimed in shock.
Zeus smiled.
Zeus: "Haven't seen that technique in a while." he said.
Shiva: "Wasn't Hell Inferno the attack that defeated Hercules?" he asked.
Zeus: "yes it was. But we Gods are the ones who named the attack for him. But Hell's Inferno isn't his strongest technique. It's one of them though." he said.
Loki: "oh how exciting." he said, fully interested in the battle.
Ares sweats seeing that attack again. He gulps.
Ares: "I still remember what happened to Hercules when he was hit by that attack." he said slightly fearfully.
Heimdall: "Seems this fight is Heating up!!" he announces.
(Y/n) and Tannin glare at one another. This is a Dragon Fight.
