Life in France

One year later
I wake up alone in the bed as usual. I sit up and look around. It's way to quiet in the entire house and I frown getting out of the bed.

I grab my robe and put it around me as I run down the stairs. I walk into the big hallway and focus my hearing. There's laughing in the kitchen and I walk in.

Isaac's baking eggs with Talia and Vicky. Talia has brown straight hair like me and big grey eyes. Vicky has big blue eyes and blond curls like Isaac.

Both are total opposites. Talia likes to read and is obsessed with Harry Potter. Vicky is a obsessed with Star Wars and if you come near her with a book she starts screaming and runs away.

Nony has my eyes but Isaac's hair. He's to young to read and mostly watches Cars on Netflix.

"Mommy!" Nony yells running in behind me.

Isaac looks up and smiles at me. "Morning." He says.

I smile. "Up! Up!" Nony says jumping with his arms in the air.

I bend over and pick him up. I walk up to the breakfast bar with him on my hip and grab our plates. I put it on the table and put him in his chair.

We all sit down and start eating. "How late does your class start?" Isaac asks after a while.

I look at the clock. "I'm thirty minutes." I say.

"Better hurry up." He says.

I smile. "Yes, sir." I say.

He rolls his eyes with a smile and I get up. "I'm gonna take a quick shower." I say and I walk to the dishwasher.

I place my plate in it and go upstairs after giving Isaac a quick kiss. I walk into the bathroom and take off my robe and pjs.

I take off my wedding ring and place it in the cabinet. After my shower I go into my study which is next to the library.

I sit behind my desk and log into my online class. Around three in the afternoon I'm done with school and I stretch before leaving the study.

Isaac's in the living room talking with somebody and I smile recognizing Deucalion's voice.

I walk in and see him playing with Nony on the floor while Isaac sits on the couch looking at them. "Well, Well, Well, look what the wolf dragged in." I say.

Duke looks up and smiles. "Good afternoon." He says.

I sit next Isaac and he kisses me softly. "How did everything go?" I ask duke.

"It's all fixed again. Allison asked me to give you these presents for Christmas." He says pointing at a bag.

"Yes, thank you." I say getting up.

I look into the bag and Talia and Vicky run in. "Mom! Grandpa told us that you are a wolf!" Vicky smiles.

I look at duke and he smiles while quickly looking away. I roll my eyes and Isaac chuckles. "You know how he is. A bit crazy sometimes." I say hugging them.

They laugh and run up the stairs. I get up and look at the men. "I told you both. The kids don't need to know about supernatural." I say slapping duke on the head.

Around dinner we all eat and i afterwards clean up. Duke leaves and I sit with Isaac on the couch.

We're watching a new marvel movie and I'm half asleep in his arms. He kisses the side of my head and I look at him. "You okay?" He asks.

I nod and he pulls me closer. "I love you." I whisper.

"I love you more." He whispers back.

6 months later
"And how is Scott doing?" I ask Allison over the FaceTime.

"He's changed since what Theo did to him. But he's okay." She says making dinner.

The door opens and I look up. Nony runs in and I smile lifting him onto my lap. "Hi, aunt alli." He smiles hiding his face in his blanket.

"Hello, munchkin. Why aren't you in bed?" She asks him.

"You woke me up." Nony smiles leaning on the desk.

Allison smiles. "I'm sorry, munchkin." She says.

"Where's Rose?" He asks.

"Rose is with her daddy. They're shopping for a crib for the new baby." Allison smiles.

"I wanna see the belly." He says.

Allison stops cutting and turns to her side. It's clear that she is six months pregnant. "Where is aunt Lydia?" Nony asks.

"She is at home." Allison says.

"Allison! We got it!" Scott yells coming in.

Rose runs up to Allison and looks at the laptop. "Hi auntie and Nony!" She smiles as Allison puts her on the counter.

"Hello, rose." I smile.

Isaac walks in and stands by the doorway. "It's three in the morning. You guys coming to bed?" He asks.

I look up and smile. "Allison, we gotta go. Say hi to everybody." I say.

"We will. Goodnight." She says blowing us a kiss.

"Bon apetit." I smile.

"Bye!" Nony says waving excited.

I hang up and Nony jumps off my lap. I also get up and turn off the lights. I make my way upstairs locking all the doors and windows while turning off the lights.

I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth. I walk into the bedroom and Isaac looks up. "You okay?" He asks.

I nod and lay down next to him. He pulls me into him and I get comfortable.

6 months later
I wake up overcome by nausea and shoot up. I race to the bathroom and hover over the toilet throwing up everything I have in me.

Isaac walks in with a frown and looks at me. "What are you doing?" He asks.

"Being sick." I say and I throw up again. 

He makes a face and then holds my hair and rubs my back. Over the week I keep throwing up every morning and Isaac sits with me the whole time.

"What if you're pregnant?" He asks as we walk through the supermarket getting groceries.

I frown and shake my head. "No way. We've been using condoms." I say grabbing bread.

"Not always." He says as we grab some cheese.

I sigh and throw a pregnancy test in the car. He looks at me with raised eyebrows. "I'm not saying you are right. I just wanna know for sure." I smile at him.

"I wouldn't mind if you are. Nony's 2 and the girls are 3. Maybe a baby would make life exciting." He smiles and we go to the checkout.

The next morning I do the test. "And?" Isaac asks walking in the bathroom.

I look at it. "Positive." I smile.

He kisses me and hugs me happy.
