Chris exited the car, his rifle armed and at the ready. He got the call from Jill not long after he left Raccoon City, and he circled back around so fast. She said there was something big and bad going on now, and he took no chances. He went down the road into Raccoon City, and continued his walk. As he walked, a large sign reads:
***Welcome to Raccoon City***
*Home of Umbrella*

Meanwhile, a woman in short, light brunnette hair, and a hospital towel, walked outside the Raccoon City hospital in the downtown area. She looked around, cars littered the streets, as did debris, downed powerlines and poles, and cars were overturned. As she walked, a paper nearby reads "Horror in Raccoon City!". She got to a police cruiser and looked inside, finding a shotgun. She turned back at the streets, as she armed the shotgun, as the growls and moans sounded in the distance.
