Becklean was in the break room pouring herself some coffee, she in a good mood which was rare, She humming as Jay reaches for the sugar at the same time as her. Their fingers brushed against each other, they stare into each other's eyes as Erin walks in and they clear their throats.
"Nadia's first day." Erin grabs a mug as Becklean makes her coffee just the way she likes it humming into the cup.
" Can she even type? Did we look into that at all?" Jay mutters as Becklean laughs,
"Yeah, she can, smartass. Do not hit on her."
"Nadia? What kind of a dog do you think I am?" he asks as He and Erin are mirroring each other's pointed glares.
"A Horny one just like all men." Becklean mutters as Erin fistbumps her and Jay just rolls his eyes, they walk out seeing Voight walking back inside.
"How'd it go?" Erin asks as Voight sighs.
" It went. They asked some stupid questions. I left."
" Boss, where they at with Jin's murder?" Ruzek speaks up from his desk.
"He's meeting an informant. He's got a tip on some armored van thing." O explains as Voight just groans.
"Sarge, why aren't we looking into Jin's murder on our own?"
" For the same reason I told you last time you asked. They don't want us anywhere near it since we has in our unit, okay? He was a police officer. Area central is all over it."
" So they had no updates this morning?" Atwater asks as Becklean and Erin shoot him a look clearly men are clueless and cant see how Voight doesnt walk to talk about Jin's murder.
