In an old alley way, a box laid under a shadow. No light reached the child inside, causing her to cry under the dully dimmed light. That's when a 30-year-old wolf trotted past, and upon hearing the faint sound, twitched his ear. He stopped in his tracks, turning towards the sound. There it was again, but louder. He walked backwards by four steps and gazed into the alley way. The box sat there staring at him, yelling out, 'come and check me out'. The shouting got to him and he slowly started for the box. When the inside came into view, there was a baby with brown hair crying her eyes out. She stopped when she saw the wolf, not frightened like everyone else. This set the wolf off, making him blink. The young child smiled, letting out a small sound. Wolf frowned in confusion before noticing a slip of cream paper. It seemed to have gotten wet before. He lifted it up, shaking it off before reading:

'Sabrina, cannot afford to feed.'

The words made the wolf let out a saddened sigh, him frowning deeply before gazing at the baby. "So," He began to say, catching Sabrina's attention. The baby girl pouted her lips at the wolf, making him smile. "I guess I'm gonna have to take you aren't I?" He placed the paper onto the floor before picking up the child. A little bit after Mr. Wolf began to walk home, the baby dug her head into his chest, making his tail wag a little. This was the start of something great.
