Skylar knew what she had to do. She had to find Zoey, even though she promised Hopper she wouldn't do anything stupid she had to do this. She walked back in the gym and pulled Dakota to the side.
"I have to go"
"What? Why?" Dakota asked not understanding
"I have a hunch"
"A hunch?"
"on something that might save Zoey"
"Wait, Zoey's alive?" Dakota questioned
"I think so...I hope so."
"Sky, your scaring me. What are you gonna do?" Dakota asked starting to get even more worried on this situation.
"I'm gonna get her back"
"Then I'm coming with you" Dakota said making Skylar shake her head
"No"
"Why? If it's dangerous you can't do it alone"
"She won't be alone." Caitlin said walking over
"See, I won't be alone and trust me I wish I could take you but it's too dangerous"
"Everything we've done this past week has been dangerous"
"I know, but this is different I need you here where I know your gonna be ok" Skylar said and Dakota felt tears stream down her face
"Why does this sound like a goodbye" Dakota asked her voice breaking
"Hey, hey. This is not a goodbye" Skylar said going to eye level with her. She cupped her cheeks and wiped some tears away
