The three teens hurried back to the Henderson household and as they parked Skylar walked over to Steve whole Caitlin went inside and found Sloan and Dustin playing Chess.
Skylar stood watching Steve as he took out Johnathans bat.
"Why are we doing this?"
"Because they need our help"
"I'm not a babysitter Stevens"
"Famous last words" Sky said walking away and Steve rolled his eyes following
"I'm sorry? How big?" Steve asked looking at Dustin as he explained
"First it was like that. Now he's like this." He said moving his hands to indicate it grew.
"I swear to God, man, it's just some little lizard, okay?"
"It's not a lizard." Caitlin said
"How do you know?"
"How do I know if it's not?" Caitlin asked getting annoyed
"How do you know it's not just a lizard?"
"Because his face opened up and he ate my cat, Harrington!" Caitlin yelled and Steve went Silent
"Sorry" he mumbled and Sky held in a laugh.
The four teens and the one Middle schooler stood outside of the small cellar seeing mg who would sacrifice themself first.
Steve hit it lightly with the bat and didn't hear anything
"I don't hear anything"
"He's in there."
"All right, listen, kid. I swear, if this is some sort of Halloween prank, you're dead." He said aiming the flashlight at him
