Q: Is Dream the only one that has a Leviathan form?

A: Only Nightmare and Dream have Leviathan forms, Dreams being bigger as he is smaller normally. As they are both brothers they both have a form. In short, no.

Dare: Nightmare has to ignore Dream for a whole day.

   "WHAT?! I CAN'T DO THAT!" Nightmare's tentacles thrashed in anger.
   "Its a dare Nm. You have to."
   "N o." Nightmare grabbed Dream holding him close.
   "Brother is something wrong?"
   "No Dream."
   So he refuse to do the dare. Sorry.

Dare: Cross has to swim in circles for an hour

   "WHAT!?" Cross yelled as Killer, Dust and Horror laughed. Even Nightmare and Dream seemed to be holding in laughs.
   Cross heavily sighed and started to swim in circles around a rock. The others burst out laughing.
   An hour later
   Cross stopped swimming and rested against a rock.
   "I hate life" He pouted.
